I thought the storage is great. It can save a lot of games and easy to set up.

Used it on our PS4 worked great and easy

After about 1 year it just died out of nowhere. An error message shows up saying it needs to be repaired and then it just starts making faint beeping sounds. Not a lot of options for external hd fro ps4 but this was my experience. Good when it worked.

It’s a piece of crap I just got it doesn’t work makes weird noises on my PlayStation 4 it said unsupported, don’t waste your money, yup definitely a scam.

Very good back up for PS4 games.

The only thing I don’t like—and the instructions say this might happen—is that I lost some of my tv channels. I don’t have cable, so it blocked the antenna signal. So far, I haven’t needed tech support. I like that it’s not too big or too heavy.

It broke.. then I got a refurbished one through warranty. That one broke too and now I can’t replace it. Don’t bother

I loved it easy to hook up everything did itself.

It worked well for like 10 months, but just recently it started shutting itself off and unplugging itself, making it impossible to use for more than like an hour and a half. I dont know what thats about but man its a bummer to be really deep into a mission and get booted out of it because your storage decided its done for the day and unplugs itself/
