A reasonable price for decent amp mic. several of us in the band use the same one and have never had a problem. The look good too.

Previously I was using the Sure 57 like every guitar player under the sun. But I could never achieve a full and present sound with the 57, and always had to crank my guitar channel up in the mix a bit higher than everyone else in the band. The Sennheiser Professional was a huge improvement. Now I can hear my guitar cutting through the mix clearly and fully. I also like the drape down method of mic placement on the amp speaker instead of having a mic stand getting in the way. You need this mic if you want your guitar channel to come alive.

This is such a great guitar amp mic. Easy to use, just drape it over the front of your cabinet silver side in, or you can use it with a stand.

It is a great guitar amp microphone. Super easy to use. If I had to try to find a fault it would be that when you hang it in front of an amp sometimes it can swing around a bit. I just put a Solo Mic Clip on it and that fixed it right up. Bye bye 57!

These were recommended to me by a sound professional who uses them almost exclusively for micing guitar amps and bass amps at live gigs. His comment about them is that they are as good for the job as a Shure SM58, but a lot easier to place. He just drops them over the front of amps and secures the cable with a little duct tape to the amp.
