So easy to use. Love that I can get under furniture. Like most models, the attachments get knocked off easily…minor issue.

Not light weight like they said

Overall a pretty good corded stick vacuum, it works incredibly well. Pros: + Self Cleaning Brushroll works pretty well. Household full of girls with hair everywhere, dogs, and its significantly less clog than my other vacuums. + Simple On/Off switch, Simple Hardwood/Carpet switch. Why do others overcomplicate this? + Great suction and overall a straightforward solid corded stick vac Cons: - Not a huge bin, probably middle of the road size - Cords suck - Doesnt include a holder Overall its a great vacuum, but there are tons of options out there. The maroon color is so 1990s, and when compared to the modern industrial design of others, its lacking. Where it lacks in design, it makes up for in function and simplicity. Its a straightforward workhorse and for that reason it wins. I think this deserves consideration, but only if it fits your specific needs.

For such a small vacuum I was really impressed by this Shark Ultralight Pet Pro. I wanted something for small quick cleanup jobs so I wouldnt have to haul out the full size vacuum, and this definitely does the job and then some. It is easy to set up and then change between the additional heads and can be used on the floor, as a wand, or a a dust buster and has a hard floor and carpet setting. I have a dog, so this has been perfect for picking up dog hair. I love the self cleaning brush roll feature because I hate cleaning the hairs out of that thing myself. It reaches under furniture and into small spaces really well. The suction is better than I thought it would be for a vacuum of this size and it is easy to empty out the chamber and filter, but since it is a small vacuum, the chamber is on the smaller size, so I end up emptying it fairly often. Overall, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a compact vacuum.

Nice vacuum

This vacuum is great. Love the light on the vacuum so helpful. I have a Dyson vacuum and there are a few things Dyson could learn from this vacuum. Love how the hair that is sucked up is collected and not tangled. The suction is great. For the price I would definitely buy it again.

On the first time vacuuming my whole house the brush stopped spinning. Found a Shark help line and called to see if they could assist with the issue, so I could finish cleaning my house. They informed me the nozzle needed to be replaced, and it was not a part that was under warranty. They put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line, she informed they would do a one-time replacement like they were doing me a favor. No apologies...this is a one time deal. First of all, if your floor nozzle cannot make it around my house once, then your product is crap.The floor nozzle should be under warranty, it is a major component of a stick vacuum. It also sounds as if it doesnt hold up, I am out of luck and will have to replace it myself. I plan on replacing the whole vacuum and will never purchase a Shark product again. I wish I would have went with the Bissell.

Bought this Shark HZ602 and returned it a week later because it shut off. Did not read reviews first so did not know when it overheated it shut off. Other than that it is top heave but thought the suction was great. Was about to order another and read reviews, not very good to say the least. Am going to check other Sharks and read reviews before I buy another. I think if I had known the overheating problem I would have kept the vacuum.

We have two dogs and four cats in our home. We are constantly vacuuming. The other vacuum we had just wasnt holding up, so we actually got a Shop-Vac, because of all the hair that just wasnt doing a great job either. On a whim, I got this, and we have not been disappointed! We literally vacuum our entire 1700 SQ ft house every single day. Hardwood, tile, area rugs, and all! Easy to clean, I absolutely love the lights so we can actually see the work we are doing, and the difference we are making. The maneuverability is incredible, especially in hard to reach areas. I definitely recommend this, and would certainly purchase this again!

It really works for the heavy dog hair. I have several big dogs including Saint Bernards who shed all year around. They have double hair, the one we see and a sort of wool underneath. My house needs power suction everyday. No hair was stuck . Very easy and quick to empty the (large) cup. Now I just need to see how long it will last. So far so very good .
