> 3 dayOnly problem with this vacuum is the battery seems to run out fairly quickly. It can only make it through one full floor before dying. Aside from the constant need for charging it’s fantastic.

> 3 dayI hate this thing. It is supposedly designed for households with pets, but the roller brush gets tangled with pet hair extremely quickly and easily. Not only that, but the tiny dust cup fills up in about 10 seconds. It is laughable to call the dust cup XL considering the absolutely pathetic capacity. The battery life is not great. I can vacuum for maybe 30 minutes before it dies. The roller brush also will get stuck easily on thicker carpet or rugs, and at that point nothing gets sucked up anymore. To fix this, I have to turn the vacuum off and then on again. Theres a few second delay when turning it off and on, so this is pretty annoying. Theres also no way to use the vacuum with the roller brush off, and even if there was, as I said it doesnt seem to pick up anything without it. To top it all off, there is no stand or even wall mount for this thing--it certainly doesnt come with one, and the manufacturer doesnt even make one for this style. Even third party stick vacuum stands and mounts dont fit this oddly shaped and sized vacuum; the wand is too thick at about 2 inches (all of the stands Ive seen max out at 1.6) and the base is too big for most stands at 8. If the vacuum could stand on its own, this wouldnt be a huge problem, but of course it does not. So, I suppose the manufacturer thought that this vacuum should be stored in a pile on the floor with its accessories? Clearly they did not think or care to make a quality product, and Im sad that I spent almost $200 on it. I could have bought a cheaper knockoff brand for much less that would have worked better. Suffice to say I will never buy a Shark vacuum again.

> 3 dayI used to have a Dyson but wanted to avoid paying the cost for a new Dyson. I gave this vacuum a try, but I was not as happy with it as I had hoped. Its just ok for light jobs, but not enough to really vacuum for pet hair. I used on sofa and floors. It is okay for a quick job but not overly satisfied with the performance.

> 3 dayWe had a shark duo, and loved it so when it came time to get a new one we decided to stick to the same company. Our neighbor also has this (cordless pet vacuum) and recommended it. Weve had it for a week and Im disappointed it isnt really that strong when not using the extra strength trigger. I gave it 3 stars because it works, its light weight, has extra nozzles and the Cleaning is easy.

> 3 dayWe have a much older Shark, where the canister is actually in the head. This was used on a daily basis for our hardwood floors and on the minimal carpet that is in the house. The battery is giving out so we decided to get a cordless Rocket Lift Away. The vacuum is quiet and has excellent suction power. It is actually pretty cool to see how much cat hair, dust, dander. etc. is picked up everyday. Even though we have an air purifier, it is good to know this debris gets contained and does not get a chance to be inhaled. Super easy to use, empty and clean. The only slight bummer is that the the new head is about 2.5 smaller than our older one. Not a big deal as the new one does such a better job. I took a photo to show size difference. I recommend this smaller, but very practical vacuum.

> 3 dayLoving this vacuum! It’s very easy to use compared to our old one which we had to get out of the closet, plug in and unplug to use in the other rooms. This vacuum is perfect for our small condo (1,025 sq ft). Battery lasts long enough to use in entire home and to vacuum the couches even when using the different settings throughout. Works well on hard wood floors, bathroom tile floors, shag carpet rug and regular carpeted floors. And the bin is big enough to hold all the dirt throughout our entire home and we have a dog that sheds a lot and a cat that likes to make a trail of kitty litter. Definitely recommend this product for the price point and if you have a smallish space! Only downside is that it doesn’t have a wall mount but it’s still easy to store and convenient.

me, myself, and I
Greater than one weekFirst the likes--the maneuverability, much better than my old corded vacuum (not a Shark). its not too heavy for me (Im old!!) pretty good suction on carpet, I think my corded Shark does better though. cons-- I didnt like it on the stairs as it needs to be like youre doing a floor for the brush to spin--not straight upright. Just got it, so only used it one day, but Yes, I like it so far.

> 3 dayI flat out love this vacuum. Light weight, non-clogging roller, excellent suction, easy to clean filters, large dirt holder, easy to take apart and store and long lasting battery. Great on carpet and bare floors. Yes, great on carpet. Ive had other brands, and this one is the best by far. Shop Amazon Warehouse or Ebay for best prices. I paid $149 on Amazon Warehouse and $139 on Ebay. (Got another one for my studio office!) My two have slightly different rollers. One has all plastic fins, and the other is a mix of plastic fins and brushes. Both seem to avoid clogging and both are good on carpet. The part brush roller may be a smidge better, but really, its hard to go wrong.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is very easily set up and gets under all of my furniture, cutting my cleaning times in half. The battery life is decent and last about 30 minutes before needing to be recharged I would highly recommend this vacuum for people with little carpet in their homes because it does get stuck on carpet occasionally and the head stop spinning.
