My husband has tried many different brands and products for his beard and THIS is THE one. He wont use anything else now. His beard is finally growing properly. It smells SO good. It has his beard SO moisturized and SOFT. I love it for him just as much as he does. Wish we had taken some before and after pictures of his beard. But men, please buy this. And ladies, please buy this for your man!

I cannot generally speak on the product itself too poorly because results may vary from man to man based on your own beard structure, density, and skin sensitivity. What I can say positively is the product smells great and it’s not too bad. It isn’t harsh or chock full of the bad ingredients that can destroy a beard. However there are better more natural products out there and I encourage folks to spend what they think their beard is worth to them. From a negative standpoint, the product packaging is horrible. I’m not sure if they know better than to package oil based products with a more paper based or eco friendly wrapping but trust me when the oil from the product hits the labels on these things it’s atrocious after a while. The oil breaks down the label leaving a little green label residue everywhere making it difficult to get in, manage your beard, and get out and about with your day. Shea Moisture has an argan/Moroccan oil/moisturizer/shampoo line for head hair with much better packaging and they should take notes from themselves in that regard. The beard balm is THICCK a little too thick for my liking because it gunks up my pores and creates clogged hair follicles. Every time I took a break from it I’d be fine. A day or two after using the balm the skin under my beard would become dry with inflamed hair follicles and I’d have to use a bentonite clay mask with steam treatments and close monitoring to un-irritate my skin. But like I said this may vary from man to man. The beard wash is probably my favorite although the moisturizer was a daily go to for me at one point. Shop around and experiment lightly based on ingredients and live non-biased reviews Is the best advice I can give.

As someone whos had a beard off and on for the better part of a decade, Ive gone through my fair share of beard products. For the most part theyre all very similar. The washes for the most part clean and leave a very squeaky clean (almost dry) feeling out of the shower. Conditioners help a bit after a wash, but not anything to write home about, the only one Ive tried that I really liked was Scotch Porter. Oils help in hydrating, some are excessively oily and just dont look very appealing. Balms will help tidy up the overall shape of the beard, some are not really strong enough and just end up being another layer of oil on the wiskers. Ok, now for this review... So I believe this to be the most natural and most effective line of products Ive found to date. First off, the wash, oh my, the wash... I could really just stop right there. This is my favorite of the line. It leaves my beard so soft I find myself not wanting to ruin it with a conditioner. If you try just one of these product, the wash is a must. Next we have the detangler, this is pretty much a leave in conditioner. It softens out the beard even further and adds a slickness to the beard, it feels great. The oil in the set is probably unnecessary since the wash and detangler do such a great job, but in any case it is a quality oil. The reason I say this is because it doesnt really stay oily in the hair, you can feel that after initially applying, it does absorb into either the follicle or skin, whichever its intended to. As I mentioned, there are some oils that just dont do that, its just greasy all day long. The balm is probably my least favorite of the line, but only because its not a very strong holding balm. Its kind of like I mentioned, another layer of oil. This one does also absorb so its ok. I prefer a more tacky balm with more wax rather than oils. Also, the scent of this line is a subtle chocolatey vanilla kind of smell. Its a very pleasant scent that my wife also enjoyed initially. However after about a week or so of using the product, I no longer get so much as a whiff, which is fine, I find that to be common with many of these beard oils and such. So, overall a great set of products that leave my beard feeling soft and hydrated all day long, it also feels like quality, in the sense that it does absorb. It doesnt feel like you just applied baby oil all over your face. I cannot stress this point enough, there are some name brand beard care product that feel as such. Thats why this product line really stands out to me. Five stars...
