I have been trying tons of different pomades and clays lately. I began using Murrays years ago and have always used it. I personally love it. I love the hold and it doesnt bother me that it is nearly impossible to remove but I thought it was time to try to find something better for my hair as Murrays tends to dry out my hair and scalp. I have tried Baxter clay pomade. Liked it, would keep using it if it werent for the price, but still thought I could find something better. Tried Imperial Classic Pomade but i honestly hate it. Smells like candy and goes in and looks like gel. Tried LS&B and it holds well but just too matte/dry looking for my taste. Shiner Psycho Hold Pomade is good, but still doesnt quite have the hold I am looking for. Then I tried this. Smells good. Goes in somewhat too easily but it dries within about a minute and then you get the good hold to achieve the desired look with, and once it is in it keeps a pretty good shine for the day. Not as much shine as a pomade, but close. My search for my favorite hair product is not over, but for now this is my go-to.

Love this stuff. Only product ive used in the last 5yrs. Waa upset when my barber quit carrying it. Strong hold without feeling heavy or greasy. Smells great

Works great....isnt sub par at all. Im pleased.

Smells nice and the company seems solid. The product, while it goes in relatively smooth once it dries its really hard to run your fingers t through. It holds well but isnt as free flowing as Layrite matte. With lay rite it hold and you can still run your fingers through your hair to fix or fling back. Shinerg old you cannot do this unless you wet you hands and even then its tough. Decent product but Ill stick with layrite.

This stuff is a lifesaver for people with monstrously strong and thick hair I found out clay worked well when I accidentally got bentonite clay in my hair. Then I saw yall had clay-based styling product and it smelled just as good as the silver can. THANK YOU FOR AWESOME, good smellin HAIR!

Im 60 with thinking hair, the clay hold my pomp all day. Makes thin hair seem thicker compared to normal Pomade. Matt finish. I put a little high gloss pomade on a comb at the end an run it through. I get shine + the great hold of the clay.

Very disappointed. Was my favorite but they changed the formula and its terrible now. I dont believe there is actual clay in the mixture. Ingredients are identical on tin but consistency is way way different. Does not finish matte, weak hold. Searching for a new product.
