> 3 dayI decided to put my 8 month old in a twin bed on the floor because I chose to cosleep and she refused a crib. I didn’t want her rolling out of the bed at night so I bought this and it works great! It is kinda ugly though lol

Greater than one weekI got this based on a review that said they bought it for their toddler who sleeps on a toddler bed. We have a 2 y.o. who rolls around a lot and we are trying to transition him into his own bed after cosleeping for like forever... I got these bumpers so that he wouldnt hit the side rails too much. Well, the bumpers are nice, comes packaged, vacuumed sealed, and they fully inflated within 20 minutes, but once I put them both on the toddler bed with my toddler sleeping in between, I realized that the bumpers are too wide, taking up the majority of the bed. (For reference, my toddler is 34lbs and 3) Perfect fit length-wise, but I think it would have been better if they were at least a couple of inches thinner and maybe 12 -18 inches shorter, so that my toddlers pillow doesnt have a fold in the middle. I decided instead to use one because two doesnt leave enough room for some movement. Although Im sure these would be great for traveling when we are staying at hotels. Also, there is a chemical smell, which I hope goes away within a few days. I know memory foam smells like that, but it is a bit strong when first opening them. However, I did place the second bumper on the edge of our king sized bed, which seems to be a better place for it than on the toddler bed. Still a little disappointed though.

> 3 dayPurchased this as an option so my toddler wouldn’t roll out of the ikea sundvik crib that was transitioned to a toddler bed. It is the right length, you just need to find a sheet that stretches over it. Keeps my active sleeper in bed at night!

Greater than one weekI bought these for my almost 3-year old grandsons bed. He is a mover in bed, a real mover! Im afraid of him falling out of bed and Im afraid of the typical metal bedrails not being able to keep him in bed. I saw this concept of bedrails but wow, I didnt know there were so many to pick from!! I wanted something high enough so he couldnt sleep crawl over them but I didnt want him to fall down flights should he happen to go over the edge. I also wanted something that wouldnt slip on the bed and would stay on any type of material. I wanted something long without going to the bottom of the bed also. Pretty tough criteria. So, These rails come airtight - rolled up and you have to lay them flat so they can fill up with air (puff up). We left them over night and by the morning, they were fully inflated and ready to use. We didnt find any odor with them either. We put them on top of the sheets when we put him in bed and unfortuately, he was able to move them around as he slept. He didnt kick them off the bed but they did move from their original position but since they are long, part of the rail stayed on the bed. He does like to put his arm over them when he originally goes to sleep (like he is hugging them) and I dont see him hugging one of the metal bar rails which makes me feel that he likes them also. I do like how soft it is though. Since they are long and big, I dont think I would be taking these while traveling. To me, they would be cumbersome. Id also be worried about the sturdinesss of carrying them and afraid that they might bend and the plastic/foam would tear and it wouldnt be a comfortable item for my grandson to sleep against. I think of carrying a colorful pool noodle around only its made of heavy foam making it wobbly. Now, if they had one that came in sections (say maybe 4 or 5 sections) and you used fantastic velcro to fasten them all together and had a slipcover to put it in before putting it on the childs bed .....then perhaps, this might be a great product for traveling. I give it a 4 because Im not a fan of the item moving while he was sleeping and for the price I paid, I figured it would be better than the cheaper ones.

> 3 dayAt first I was skeptical these would keep my daughter from rolling out of bed in the middle of the night. But So far so good I really put a nice barrier on the edge of the bed easy to install it just goes under your mattress cover or fitted sheet

Greater than one weekThese bumpers are sturdy enough for an adult. My hubby has a lot of dreams and nightmares where he moves around and often falls off the bed. It may be a result of the fact that he had a stroke about 10 years ago or from medication he takes - but for some reason he was falling off the bed at least once a week. He had not gotten hurt but it was only a matter of time. We wanted something that didnt have to be moved or raised and lowered like hospital rails. These worked perfectly. They are high enough so that if he rolls toward the edge of the bed he doesnt go over. They arent soft but they work well and are sturdy. We didnt need 2 but got them anyway - one for home and well put the other one in our camper. Perfect.

> 3 day. When it was delivered and I opened the box I was very surprised to see it in a roll and vacuum sealed. So with that being said I had my doubts this product would be good. The inside of the roll was very flattened, but within a little about 30 minutes it came to the original form. I would recommend this product. Slight odor from the memory foam but I believe it will evaporate or be hidden when a blanket or sheet is laid over it.

> 3 dayIt was a sad day when we had to convert the twins cribs to toddler beds. But then my son crawled into my daughters bed and now they cuddle every night. It keeps them from falling out, but they can still deliberately crawl out. Stretchier sheets work best.

> 3 dayWe bought these bumpers to use when we transitioned my son from a crib to a twin bed. His particular bed sits fairly high off the ground as we were gifted a hand me down trundle bed by a family friend. A few reviews made mention of how “flat” they were when they arrived but seeing that they’re foam, they take a little time to fill out after being shoved into a box for shipping. Within 10-15 minutes they were puffy and soft. Also, the grippers are just enough to keep them in place. We put them under both the fitted sheet and mattress pad on his bed and they don’t go anywhere.
