Broken insulation. Exposed the internal copper wire! Can only be cut into two short, not satisfied!

silicone is always better, but its still a good value

I use this to power my RV. Its 10 gauge so its plenty for solar setups.

Im sure as flexible as this wire is at room temperature that cold weather will be no problem. It is a little tougher to strip but that speaks of durability long term. Be watchful as you use heat shrink tube on wire and crimp fittings. Too much heat over the wire will soften and partially melt the insulation. I consider that a watch and not a deal breaker. You can get a good shrink without harming the wire if you know your gun and dont play the heat over the wire excessively.

I have some other cable from Shirbly and the quality of the cable appear to be top notch. Nicely packaged, flexible, think insulation, and it looks so nice. The lettering on the cable is very clear and easy to read so it should be clearly readable for many years. I didnt want something cheap and so far Shirbly has provided some really nice cables. Not the most expensive either so definitely worth the price. I highly recommend their products.

We are installing an under floor electric heating system. It came with 12 gauge wire but the instructions said to size up to 10 gauge tinned copper wire for any runs more than 20 feet. So we got this wire for our two longest runs. It works great, seems like good quality. But the insulation is very stiff, which made for a bit of a challenge.

No complaints, and it arrived sooner than expected.
