> 3 dayI have a 16 aluminum Jon boat that I use in an electric only reservoir. I have 2 motors installed, one on the bow and the other on the stern. All batteries are in the rear-most area of the boat. 10AWG is too small of wire to support my 50A trolling motor, so I have that wired with 6AWG marine cable from another brand. What I do have wired with this red (and black) Shirbly 10AWG solar cable is LED lighting, navigation lights, fish finders (x2) and a stereo system. This is run from the batteries in the back to a fused distribution block at the front of the boat. Even though the insulation on this wire is quite adequate, I still ran it through a 1/2 PEX pipe for additional protection. The wire is very pliable to work with in warm temperatures and is still pretty flexible in the cold (38°). I reviewed the iGreely brand of 10awg marine cable and could immediately tell that the Shirbly has better insulation. I thought it was gonna be tougher to work with when bending in corners, but the wire insulation and copper is very supple. Im very happy with this Shirbly brand of cable and with the solar grade 10AWG wire from them. Ill be ordering different sizes from them in the future since the price is much more reasonable compared to other brands. I hope this information has been helpful to someone!

> 3 dayTLDR; yes Id buy this again when I need more This is the same Kibor Cable with a red jacket that is sold under a different name/seller with a black jacket. This is not an issue just pointing it out. I acquired this wire to use on some low-voltage rewiring projects on a boat. So far, I have used ~24 in various run lengths matched to what was used from a similar roll of black wire. The price per foot is a little less than I found locally and is an overall good price on Amazon. The specs on the wire match the description, and additional details from the manufacturer can be found online. Tinning on the conductors appears to be consistent and reasonably well coated. Insulation seems decent and is not abraded any more than other wire as I am pilling through fiberglass panels and wall grommets. The wire is somewhat stiff, but it pulled with ease (no lube used) and did not kink.

> 3 dayThis sems like decent wire. Sturdy and easy to strip. I used these to make temporary extension cords from an inverter to some solar panels. It was WAYYYY cheaper to make my own than buy. This is quality wire and comes well packed.

> 3 dayI ordered several brands of solar wire to test out various solar configurations in my new solar setup. This one appears to be the best. The sheathing covering the strand wire makes it more durable without being difficult to work with. I definitely can notice the improved quality of this compared to others. MC4 connectors went on without issues and this will be the wire I use for my permanent installation. I will update this review in the unlikely event I have issues in the future but from what I’ve seen I don’t expect any.
