With a product like memory, longevity is the most important thing, so its hard to give a meaningful review less than 24 hours after installation. The modules seem to be working fine so far, and doubling the RAM has made my Dell E5440 a lot more usable. Now it never exceeds 45% memory usage, and it doesnt slow or freeze up with multiple open browser tabs.

I frequently max out my ram use so I bought the upgrade and it seems to have slowed the computer down not sped it up. I dont know if its the specific units I received or they fail to live up tp industry standards. I order OEM replacements.

Unscrewed the two screws on the bottom of the laptop, swapped out the two 2GB modules for these two 8GB modules, and now my laptop has 16GB of RAM. At this price you cant beat it.
