So I LOVE the fact that I can use this on my countertop to make yummy biscuits! I ordered an extra large and only end up using half, but can use it on my kitchen table should I need the extra! I’d give it 10 Stars if I could! And the price was perfect!

It is really stick to the countertop. No matter how vigorously I roll out my pastry, it stays firmly in place. The thickness and size of the pad is perfect balance for me for cushion, space to work with and storage.

I make pizza dough and was making it on small plastic sheets. This mat is much bigger, sticks to the counter so it helps making dough much easier. Easy to clean and has tons of measuring conversion. Sorry I waited so long!

I got one of these for my mother in-law, and she raved about it so much that I had to get one for myself. She especially liked that she can make the perfectly round pie crusts with it. I like that I can roll it up to store it.
