The pastry mat was wonderful! It is large and has a great grip that keeps it in place on counters. My biscuit dough did not stick and clean up was quick! Just a short wash in the sink and after drying it rolls up nicely for storage! Absolutely worth the purchase!

got this yesterday, and I was a little worried because it came folded and in a very flat box... but after taking it out there are no wrinkles or creases! washed with soapy water, per directions, and used to make a keto dough this morning. nothing stuck, which was why I got it. for my counter space, I got the 16x26 and its a perfect size. I dont plan to bake ON the mat, although I think you can. The back is shiney, and when the counter is clean (lol) the mat stays in place and doesnt shift or roll up. going to get one for my daughter, whos an avid bread baker. Ill update later, after several uses and washes, but as of right now I would recommend it!
