Very pleased with these. Purchased 3 pair to replace my CFLs and within a minute I had a nice bright basement. No fuss, no muss. My can lights DO have the ballast and this was the easiest solution to move away from the CFLs.

These lights are a fantastic replacement for CFLs in a couple of fixtures I have in my house which have bothered me for years. When the CFL lights were turned on, it would take between one and two seconds and some flickering to start, not to mention the buzzing. These bulbs are the exactly the same size as the CFLs and fit perfectly where they needed to go. They turn on instantly, theres no buzzing, and the brightness is the same as the old CFLs. Best of all, there was no need to bypass the ballast - It was a direct swap and the job was done.

Recently moved into a previously owned home and replaced all CFL bulbs in the house. Didnt have to rewire or use adapters. Working good so far.

Bulb does not work with my electronic starter.

Most of GU24 LEDs attempts to create the lightbulb shape, making it somewhat bulky. This one doesnt do that. One thing to keep in mind is that around the 1 that protrude from the base socket is not lit, only the top 1.5 is actual lighting elements. For me its not a big deal because I am installing it behind a bathroom fan cover.

We bought these to replace bulbs in our bathroom ceiling fan rather than replace a perfectly good unit, so they would be led. Works well and arrived in a timely manner.

Needed these for the bathroom fan/lights. Like others in the comments, my bathroom fan/light cover got yellow from the heat of CFL bulbs. Consequently, you get his super dark lighting. These work and fit great!

What a great replacement for the old CFL bulbs. Outstanding price value !
