Greater than one weekIts a nice replacement for my current CFLs and was easy to install. Sales pages makes it clear what a GX23 bulb base looks like so its harder to make a mistake! Ive bought GX24 before by mistake from other sellers! Brightness is the same as my current 18W CFLs and I like that quick start up LEDs give. Also it just seems brighter. Nice product.

Greater than one weekJust as many reviews here already state - this is a GREAT replacement bulb if you are tired of your CFL flickering. I really hated all 3 of my bathroom lights. You turn them on the flick-flick-flick-flicker go-dark then on. The light was also very dim and cool. Didnt like it once it was finally on and hated the flicker so I tried to avoid using them all together. So, I recently upgraded my non-CFL bulbs with LED and was looking for a way to do this for my CFL recessed lighting and the rewiring solutions looked very complicated, time consuming and beyond my skill level. Voila! This bulb solved my problem. One light I just painted the yellowing ring white, cleaned the glass, replaced the bulb and it looks amazing! Do this!

> 3 dayThese are excellent replacements to the CFL bulbs in my Panasonic bath fans. The 3000K color is nice, they are instant-on with no warm-up. No buzzing is another plus. The 5W are great replacements for the 13W bulbs. They are perhaps a tiny bit brighter compared to the 13W CFL bulbs when warmed up. So if you like that amount of light, get these. If you want it brighter, get the 7W. I put the 5W in a small 1/2 bath and the 7W in a larger full bathroom. Yes, these are direct replacements, no need to bypass or remove the ballast. Just pop them in. Super easy.

> 3 dayI like the 2700k soft white, seems much easier on my eyes as I am prone to eye strain from computer use. I tried the 3000 k at first, but they were too harsh and these made a big difference. they are very bright and theres no flickering. They make the kitchen look more updated and just gives it a better feel to it all around. The old flickering cfl bulbs made my kitchen feel like a run down jail or dive bar.

> 3 dayI have an older model of an Ott Light. The original bulbs had were no longer available. They recommended I use these instead. They fit perfectly and are smaller than the original bulb but give off the same light. Would highly recommend as a replacement!!
