I bought it as a Christmas present for my son. I hope it doesnt get messed up within months. Other than that. He loves it.

I just got this pc December 21st of 2022 and it worked fine but now every time I try to play a game the game crashes and I tried everything to fix it and it still won’t work. (Update) it is now August 6th and I bought a new pc maybe a month ago just to realize that all I had to do was replace the ram I cannot believe i’m that dumb

Ive had this pc for over a month and first impressions were not great. The amount of struggles I had setting this up with the help of 2 people who have built pcs in the past was insane. I had so many problems with the case fans not working and the trouble shoot guide really didnt help at all. After a good 4 days of trying to find out the problem it got fixed. However one rgb fan is faulty and only half of it could light up leading me to have to replace the fans. For a first time pc yeah its good for gaming, but setting it up is a struggle and might as well save extra money on the side incase you have to replace parts completely.

Runs like a dream, plays games at above max graphics levels (games like Bannerlord 2) and it even runs oculus quest 2 games at above max graphics for PC VR. I didnt even purchase the pc with VR in mind. 10/10 would recommend this PC to others. It is early but thus far its been nothing short of amazing.

This is a great introductory gaming pc for me. I am 14, this is my first gaming pc and I was am getting with the info structure and terminology.

Very happy with this new computer. Running all the old online games Ive been playing and the improvement in game speed, graphics settings and fps is dramatic and, frankly, incredible. Very happy with my purchase. No rating for customer service yet since Ive not had to use them.

If I could rate the computer separately from the provided keyboard and graphics card, I would give it five stars.

Purchased this for our son as he wanted to start online computer gaming. It was easy to set up. We will be calling customer service today as somehow the entire computer was erased. So I will update at that time. It is an amazing PC so far. Time will tell if service is just as good. I will update my review after I call.

Good deal for the price I wasnt expecting much from the included mouse and keyboard but they are actually quite nice and light up. Only had one issue with the GPU fan snagging on a zip tie in the case but I was able to get inside and fix that issue rather quickly. I would recommend this pc.
