22-11-2024If your debating on weather or not to get them do it lol. I wish I had gotten some sooner, they are so easy to install and I dont have to worry about my toddler playing with things he doesnt need to. The strips are sticky enough they little hands can not pull back off (and weve tried different things). These work great, we bought one to test and then bought two more.

Greater than one weekI got the Childproof 9ft version. I used this product in my babys room, to run a cable from the floor outlet up to a shelf, where Ive got her baby monitor, an Echo, and a temperature egg. It looks extremely neat and organized, and unlike most baby-proofed stuff, Im pleased at how subtle it is. It costs more $$ than I was expecting, but I think youre paying for aesthetics here. The baby likes to chew on pretty much everything she sees, and she hasnt even noticed it. I like it so much I plan on getting a second one to run a cable behind my nightstand. This is a great product.

> 3 dayEasy to put up and it isn’t that noticeable on the wall. It doesn’t draw your attention to it. Really cleaned up the look of my fireplace with the tv over it. I like that it brings the plugs up to the mantle.

> 3 daySleek Socket Ultra Thin is a great product that helped me to maximize the space in my home. This product should have been around 10 years ago. It would have made things a lot easier.

> 3 dayNaturally, the only outlet that worked for our sons baby monitor was one that was directly in the middle of his crib and he had access to grabbing anything that would be plugged in. This was a huge lifesaver. Now our son cant unplug anything, cant stick his fingers in a light socket and we still get our baby monitor in the best position. We ended up using the shorter cable because we didnt need much slack, just to hide the outlet and move it slightly away.

Greater than one weekWe bought this to go behind a piano so that the piano could go flat to the wall. It worked great but the we decided to use a different plug as we didn’t need as long of a plug behind the couch. We moved this to the entry way which is much better as it really cleaned up the look of the entry way. We have a powered end table which had an obnoxious plug sticking out of the wall and this device made the plug area very clean.

Greater than one weekUsed it for newly mounted TV. Only needed something to plug in the TV and amplified antenna. It is fine with me the cord came out of bottom and not out of the top. Used a wall outlet further away, and was able to approach the TV from the side, vs coming straight up to the bottom of TV. Needed all nine feet (thus couldn’t use the surge protector option that has a six foot cord). Majority of the Sleek Socket cord is behind a tall plant stand, so 75% hidden. So pleased! I also had it run along the same path as the thin cord from the antenna. This antenna has a super long cord — 18 feet, more than enough, and we are getting fantastic TV reception even after hiding it behind a picture hung on the wall between the TV and window. (it’s just a flat piece of flexible plastic, essentially. From a company with an odd name, here on Amazon — “U MUST HAVE”.). Both these products together are amazing. SO happy with how the set-up ended up looking. (I’m a new “cord-cutter”. Buh Bye, Cable!)
