> 3 dayI was looking for a new game to play with friends and family over the holidays and I came up with the first edition of Red Dragon Inn as my choice. Its now mid-January and I own all 3 versions! The game is very fun, pretty easy to learn and more durable than a lot of other card-based games Ive played.

> 3 dayMassive improvement over the first 2: Characters each have a distinct twist or complexity to add some minor depth to the game.

Greater than one weekGot the expansion over the weekend and already love the Gnome. Another solid expansion for adding more players and options. Its always nice to have new characters to play which keeps the game fresh. Overall I preferred this to box #2.

> 3 dayLove this series. I feel like, as someone who spent much of his childhood playing RPGs (Esp fantasy RPGs), this brings me back to prologues and epilogues of some of the heavier games Ive played. Fun and light, and incredibly funny, this should be a must have for everyone whos been in a party looking for the one hooded character in the local tavern. also, Pookie may be one of my favorite game characters ever (hes available as an Ally)

> 3 dayThis version is a little more difficult than the ones that came before it, but I love it!!! Before it was more chance of the draw with a little strategy, now you have a whole other deck to back up and help your characters out. However, I must say, beware making this a drinking game. A shot each time your character drinks seems not so bad at first, but then you take no damage and drink til you lose.

Greater than one weekA little overpowered when played with the original game but thats to be expected in a sequel game or expansion, right?

> 3 dayRed Dragon Inn 3 can be played as a separate game or combined with other Red Dragon Inn games/expansions for even more fun! I like this version of the game because it adds some character mechanics that are not present in Red Dragon Inn 1. It also allows for each player to choose a character that matches the complexity that they want to play. The paladin is great for someone who wants more of a challenge, the mechanic for someone who is willing to play with uncertainty, etc. Great variation of a great game.
