This edition of the game was awesome. Everybody that played it, loved it.

...and I say possibly because I dont actually own the first one yet (I contributing to their KickStarter for the 4th installment and added it as a gift, so I wont get it til thats over). Its an interesting direction that they moved the series in; I dig the straightforward decks of the first two, but I think it was in danger of running out of creative steam unless they tinkered with it.

I was surprised to see characters with individual abilities and new mechanics. I really bought this game just to add more players, but Im intrigued to see where this goes.

I initially passed over this versions for RDI4, but the unique decks make the game essential.

Love this game.

I was looking for a new game to play with friends and family over the holidays and I came up with the first edition of Red Dragon Inn as my choice. Its now mid-January and I own all 3 versions! The game is very fun, pretty easy to learn and more durable than a lot of other card-based games Ive played.
