turned on my aquarium lights without problems on vacation!

Some time back after moving into a new house my wife wanted lights above the kitchen cabinets where she displays her blue glass collection. So I installed a Smart Plug and plug a set of Blue Christmas lights into it. Now at sunset the lights come on automatically (thanks to Alexa a scene can be triggered by sunset). Also using the key fob that she has, I configured it so she can turn the lights on and off via her keyfob. The Keyfob can turn the lights on and off even without internet or a yolink Hub. By using direct 2 device Pairing. YoLink is the best!

Scan code, Plug unit into wall, plug in device into unit, and use. Cant get any simpler than that. Arrived on Time, well packaged. See how it does long term but so far I am impressed.

Works great, easy to set up

I have a few of these, setup to turn the lights on and off, as well as a security application. They work exactly as advertised. No complaints here.

I installed it in a pole Building with a layer of steel siding on outside and a layer of steel on inside hub is a couple hundred feet away in my house shows good signal strength and works great

Initially worked and then burnt out shortly after.

When my crypto miner went offline, the power source was from my attic and it was trouble some to get the ladder, walk up to attic and unplug my miner when it needed to be restarted. But when I found out about YoLink Smart Plug it was an easy buy because it made it easier to power it off (restart) from my mobile phone. Their app is also great, easy to understand the UI (user interface). I just wish they had a 4 pack or 5 pack of these without the hub since I already have it from a previous purchase.

Bought a hub, one temp / humidity sensor and this plug and voila! I have automatic heat control in my RV when I am not there. So simple and the price is really low for what it is. I can expand to many other devices and sensors (which I will). Awesome product.

I have been very happy with the Yolink devices. The use of LoRa for connectivity means much longer range and from my experience a much more reliable connection. The app is very easy to use and pairing the devices consists of scanning a code which could not be easier. The devices integrate with Alexia without an issue and unlike some of the IoT devices I have used have proven to be very stable over time. I like that I can put a switch on my mailbox on the street and get notification on my apple watch when the mail is delivered.
