> 3 dayIm generally quite satisfied with YoLink products. The range is great; connectivity on all devices (of which I now have 8) is above average and the features on such devices such as the temperature/humidity sensors are excellent. Regrettably, the single smart plug I own does not live up to the standard set by its sibling devices. It loses connectivity often, despite its being less than 20 feet from the YoLink hub. Sometimes, when I activate the device with the software, Ill receive a message through the app that the device is disconnected, but the plug will still carry out my command. Other times, quite randomly, the message regarding the lack of connectivity is spot on and device status remains unchanged. Ill explore YoLinks other devices in hopes they are better than this smart plug. I may need to return this one, though, since it is a central component of what I consider a critical automation function - preventing pipes from freezing during cold spells.

> 3 dayI purchased the hub and a plug, then a couple of motion sensors. Less than a month after I purchased the plug the price has increased by nearly 20%. They want $3.99 for shipping too (even though Im a prime member). Look for a cheaper option is you want to find a system to try to automate your home. The system is Ok but WAY too expensive to buy all the sensors and other accessories I plan on purchasing.

> 3 dayI use this Yolink mini plug (with the hub) for some home automation (turning light on/off etc.) Very easy to set up and incorporate with Alexa for routines. I also have a Samsung Smartthings hub that has provided all sorts of difficulties and glitches over the years (and poor lack of range for both zigbee and z-wave.) I was excited to try out the Yolink and so far everything has worked really well. I also have the exterior plugs with which I am very happy that I used for holiday lights via an automated routine in Alexa that corresponds to sunrise / sunset.

Greater than one weekWhen my crypto miner went offline, the power source was from my attic and it was trouble some to get the ladder, walk up to attic and unplug my miner when it needed to be restarted. But when I found out about YoLink Smart Plug it was an easy buy because it made it easier to power it off (restart) from my mobile phone. Their app is also great, easy to understand the UI (user interface). I just wish they had a 4 pack or 5 pack of these without the hub since I already have it from a previous purchase.

> 3 dayThis is my second product from YoLink and its the same as the first.....works flawlessly. You do need a hub, but that is said in several areas in the Amazon descriptions. Hub reaches a looong way, so if you need to reach longer distances, their products do really well. Super easy to set up, and scheduling the plug is limitless....totally customizable. On top of that....the customer support is ridiculously good. This company responds to emails within 24 hrs....every time. Two thumbs up!
