> 24 hourI use this carabiner to hold 2-3 dog leashes and it works perfectly. It opens wide enough to put the leashes inside without much problem, but is light and compact enough that is easy to store or hang

> 24 hourFirst off I must state that Im not a climber. I intend to use these for my safety harness that I use for my deer stand. I tested these by hanging from my harness and they held my weight (225 lbs static) without an issue. They seem to be well made aluminum caribeener with a good fit and finsih. Its reassuring that they are EN and CE certified (see pic) for people that will use them in a serious capacity. They come well packaged and well documented by the manufacturer.

> 24 hourIm impressed with the quality of these carabineers. They are very strong. I ordered them to replace the cheap hooks that I was using to hang up my hammock, and these easily hold up to the job. The locking functionality is smooth and doesnt stick, and the hinge is strong. I would trust these to support my weight while climbing.

> 24 hourThis is an excellent carabiner to be used for fall protection and other rope applications. This would be good for rock climbing, arboriculture, high-and low-angle rope rescue, construction, and/or industrial rope work (as examples). Based on the stampings on the body, these carabiners have major axis strength of 28 kN, a minor axis strength of 7 kN, and a gate open strength of 7kN. Given those ratings, this is a good piece of safety equipment. If you are looking for carabiners to hang your water bottle off your pack, these tools are overkill and significantly stronger than you need. However, if you looking for functional safety equipment that could save your life, these are the types of carabiners you should consider.

> 24 hourThese are large carabiners to be sure, but they seem solid and legit. Appear to hold weight with no problem.

> 24 hourProbably not the intended use of this product, however we used it to hang a large mma punching bag. It has worked great so far.

> 24 hourI really like these carabiners for their size and load rating. It fits perfectly in my hand so that I can hold it and loosen or tighten the gate lock with one hand. They are a nice manageable size, about 3 x 4, and have an incredible load limit of just under 6300 lbs when loaded longwise, and 1575 lbs when loaded against the gate. They feel very solidly made but with a light weight feel being made of aluminum. The gate has a good responsive spring that snaps the gate shut when opened and released. The gate lock rolls smoothly to engage and disengage it and has a knurled surface for a good gripping surface. Very smooth constructed body on the carabiner with no sharp edges or points that could catch and fray a rope. I do not climb, but I will be using these for lifting and holding heavy objects in my workshop. Overall I am impressed with the quality of these carabiners and can find no cons to share at this time.
