> 24 hourI am a do it yourself-er. When something breaks, I like to take a it part first a try to see if I can figure out what is wrong. I usually end up loosing pieces, but with this mat, it will not happen. The mat is about the size of standard shoebox, it has 15 compartment for various screws or internal parts and one large work surface (7in by 11in) with a built in ruler. I used it to take apart my Nintendo Switch Joy-con and loves that I could keep track of what I was removing and when. I also used this to do an internal cleaning of my glock. Must say its really nice just to rinse the mat off after im done. Very useful and highly recommend.

> 24 hourI was looking for a cheap mat to use while taking apart pocket knives. This thing has a few places to hold small screw and washers. Perfect fit for the money.

> 24 hourI have the smaller BTS-02 mat, and honestly I am pretty impressed with how large the mat is for the price. I have not really had a need to test its alleged ESD, but did accidentally leave my soldering iron tip (at 300 deg C setting) on it without it burning a hole- that works for me. While I also cannot vouch that its food grade silicone, it is nice and flexible; it also came out of the package without any strange smells. The compartments are extremely useful for holding random screws when youre working on it. Excellent mat for a great price.

> 24 hourI turned my soldering iron on and let it sit on the mat for a few seconds. No burn, no melting, nothing at all. This is indeed a heat resistant mat.

> 24 hourWell, it started on fire with direct flame contact ... So if your using it for soldering it will work great Im sure just dont use it for soldering pipes

> 24 hourReally nothing to complain about with this mat at all. It doesnt burn with direct contact of the soldering iron, it has plenty of slots to keep small items like capacitors and even a wet sponge to clean your soldering tip. I havent had to really get in deep to clean it yet, but the material seems like itd be easy enough to clean without problems. The working space is good enough even if youre working on a full ATX computer motherboard, but just barely. Its more than spacious enough for my needs of general repairs at home. Ive stored it away curled up in a fairly tight roll overnight to see if it would hold its shape for a while after laying it flat and to my surprise it went down completely flat and without distortion. Its a great mat for soldering and Im completely happy with it.

> 24 hourI used this for soldering and it did not melt or burn when I was using a solder at 300 degrees. I dont really care for the little containers, but could be useful for things not to roll around.

> 24 hourI have not used it yet (i am getting my work area set up) but i am very pleased with it. It is not too thin and feels quite good. I really like the texture of this mat. It will keep things from rolling off. And it came early.

> 24 hourThis mat is great for model building. I used to tape several layers of freezer paper to my table. With this mat, no more tape residue and no need to change the paper because the mat is washable.
