Just whats my ktm450 needed!!!

This is an exact OEM replacement for the 2020 KTM 500 EXCF cooling fan. The only difference is the plug. I swapped the plug and it works great. Much cheaper than buying an aftermarket kit or replacement from KTM.

I have installed this, and it runs, but not actually seen how much it cools yet. I messed around per comments on my motorcycle forum trying various computer fans and fans off other motorcycles, but none of them worked very well. This fan is the perfect size for the right side radiator. I made a bracket and set up a switch on the bars. This really flows a lot of air. I will try and remember to do an update after a couple of rides.

Purchased as a replacement fan on my 02 XR650R. Perfect fit.

Looks to be high quality and works great so far. But havent had it very long. I expect it to hold up just fine though.

Kept my crf450x under 200 degrees in 80 degree heat while stuck in traffic. Also keeps the bike cool on tight single track trails.

I placed it on a teuck mount as a ecu cooler and it failed after a second use of my truckmount. I am extremely disappinted

Works great! I purchased this to make my own cooling fan for my 2014 KTM 350EXC-F, as opposed to purchasing the KTM branded fan or the TrailTech which cost nearly 4x as much. I simply mounted it using universal radiator mounting straps (the cheap plastic ones) and it holds it strongly and securely against the radiator. (Be sure to dry fit it with the tank on before using the straps because they are one-time use). You can also purchase the mounting bracket for about $60 through KTM. I built my own relay harness with a manual override switch, should the thermo-switch ever fail. The thermo-switch plug that I used came from a late 1980s BMW 3 series. Works great and cheap!

I bought this to make my own fan kit for my 2007 450xc.....works perfectly....really cools the bike down.....these are made by the same company KTM uses stock....waterproof...dustproof.....at least so far......this is a good fan

This part # Spal 30103018 is in fact 57mm (~2.25in) deep as measured with calipers. NOT the 48mm depth listed above. it is a fine working fan.
