> 24 hourI was excited to use this router bit. Unfortunately it broke after cutting about 10” of wood. I was cutting out a pattern in soft 1/2” plywood and the bearings flew off. This damaged my template and the piece I was cutting. Not sure what holds the bearings on but I found them on floor on a pile of sawdust. Very glad they didn’t fly off and hit me.

> 24 hourBought this bit for routing 1/2 plywood from door and window openings with a Makita cordless router when were framing. It works great but you have to pay attention. It will grab pretty easy and want to get away from you. I would recommend this bit to anyone. Definitely worth the $$$ compared to a Whiteside bit.

> 24 hourBearings came apart after just a few uses. Switched to a Diablo flush bit 3 flute and that’s been working strong weeks now. I bought three bits from you. All three the bearings came off.

> 24 hourFirst cut I used it was amazing, then when I did my second cut the end of it heated up, Im not sure if it was a bearing or not as it doesnt spin now and not sure if it did before, but it discolored the bit. Im really sad about it because my first cut went so well. Also I was cutting 3/4 mdf applying very little pressure to the bit trying to let it do all the work

> 24 hourI ordered this bit in hopes it would give me a nice clean cut with my router table. First one spun the bearing off within the first two minutes of use. I ordered a replacement and the second one snapped in half and flew across the shop after trimming about 4 of 1/4 acrylic sheet. Avoid this one

> 24 hourI was pattern routing 1/2 and 3/4 Oak removing 1/32 stock to finish. The router bit did not cut smooth and ripped out chunks ruining several pieces before I gave up and purchased a similar bit made by Whiteside which performed perfectly. The Whiteside bit was almost twice the cost but worth every penny. I might add the guide bearing was faulty and I replaced it with one from another router bit. Very disappointed.
