Spiral Flush-Trim Router Bits，Solid Carbide Flush Trim Router Bit 1/4-Inch Shank Spiral Flush Trim Up Cut from TACKPRO (1/4 Shank Up-Cut)

I bought two bits as replacements and a couple minutes into using it the clamp above the bearings and one of the bearings flies off! I was lucky enough to find both pieces and it was easy enough to put back together (which is telling) only for it to happen two more times, resulting in loss off parts. So, basically I spent $21 for three minutes of work, plus associated anger and disappointment.

Great fast cutting bit, clean cuts

Cut 3/4 mdf no problem

Cut very clean and without a lot of drag on the router motor...this is partially due to the small diameter, but also a sign of good design and sharp cutting edges.

Broke the first time to use. Garbage bit

Bearings failed third time using it. Edit: Bit was replaced and no problems yet.

First cut I used it was amazing, then when I did my second cut the end of it heated up, Im not sure if it was a bearing or not as it doesnt spin now and not sure if it did before, but it discolored the bit. Im really sad about it because my first cut went so well. Also I was cutting 3/4 mdf applying very little pressure to the bit trying to let it do all the work

Using this bit in a router table with adequate dust collection. The top cut is nice and clean, but the underside cut is ragged. Even with the dust collection, it throws a lot of these shredded wheat shavings around. Causing me to have to stop and vacuum after every cut. Not great for time management. More expensive bits do not do this. For the money, it is sharp, it does cut and it gets the job done, but it adds time when you have to sand edges and clean up the mess.

Works great on all plastics, we route many different plastics and this bit does it all!

Cuts through wood like butter and is not that expensive.
