> 3 dayI really cannot express how much I love my ambrosia elixir from the mile high country. Better than just herbal tea, in flavor and in energy. However, you MUST LIKE LEMON! This has a lemon flavor, a taste of sweetness also but very understated. I use stevia to sweeten. I first discovered this potion whilst living in Colorado high in the mountains. Mountain life insists that you be well hydrated at all times and EVERYONE was drinking this stuff. I had to move back home and have been unsuccessful at finding this locally. THANK YOU AMAZON! I have now gone to buy a pack of 6 boxes because I am blowing through this tea way too fast. I am drinking more water than ever with this, which we all know is so very important and can struggle with sometimes. I drop a big bag in a giant mason jar and I am so happy. Want it sooner than 4 hours? You can make it hot then ice it... or do it sun-tea style, take that mason jar in the sun for awhile and then pour over ice. Great amazing wonderful stuff. Refreshing! Lifer for sure.

> 3 dayI drink 2 quarts of this a day, give or take, for almost 2 years now. I love iced teas, I love hot teas. I have never liked a tea as much as I do with Sportea. I highly suggest the 7 bag version over the 20 bag version. I much prefer this cold, in fact I really dont like it hot at all. The little bags in the 20 count box just dont work out well for making cold tea in the right amounts. I make 1 Nalgene bottle at a time, 1 tea bag and I fill it to the brim. This makes the perfect amount of tea for the bag. Put 2 bottles in the fridge at a time and I am all set. I let it sit between 4 (never less than 4 hours) and 16 hours. I rarely drink it if it brewed longer than 16 hours because it gets a funny bitter taste to it that I do not care for. At the 4 hour mark I think it hits it peak, and then mellows for a few hours and then begins to oversteap after 12-16 hours. I always cold brew it. The hot brew accentuates the bitterness, which I must admit I have enjoyed on cold days, but I prefer the cold brew. I buy this in bulk to save on shipping and I have to say that I have never had a bad bottle of tea yet. Of course some days I do not drink any, like on weekends generally, and some days I drink 3. But I always look forward to this stuff. I cannot say that I have seen any scientifically verifiable side effects, but I know I feel better on days when I hydrate with Sportea than days when I do not. I know that I perk up in the morning about 1/2 way through a bottle, and keep that energy throughout the day usually. Of course there are so many other factors that play a part on a day to day basis, but if I had to say it I would say that I believe that it does what it says it does. It is energizing and refreshing and is a great substitute for plain boring water or carbonated beverages and it seems to give me a better morning than my coffee addled co-workers get. Plus there is no mood swing as with sugary drinks or caffine. So is 2 quarts a day good for you, who knows, but it appears to be at least no worse than the alternatives. I am not suffering any side effects that I know of, though I have bought more from Amazon since I started drinking this stuff, and I have not suffered any medical conditions since I began drinking Sportea so I cannot say that there is any reason not to try it and see if it could be your soda replacement too.

> 3 dayGreat tea but not a very descriptive title. I saw this stuff on the shelf at our health food store for the last year or two but I thought it was something for jocks or people that exercise a lot so I never tried it until a friend brought some over. Its a very delicious tasting tea. Im not sure how theyre making it taste so good because theres no sweeteners of any kind and the ingredients arent particularly flavorful things. Theres also no caffeine (or very little - less than 2%) but you get a definite boost of energy from it --- probably from the Ginseng, Matte and Green Tea. My only complaint is that its $10 a box here on Amazon and only $7 at the local health store so its one of the few things that isnt less expensive to buy online.

> 3 dayI have become somewhat addicted to this tea, after discovering it at a spa-resort where I vacation. I love iced tea (Im not a coffee drinker) and this teas citrus flavor with subtle ginger taste is so delicious, gives me energy, and tastes somewhat sweet with no added sugar. I also like that I can put the teabag in a pitcher of water in the fridge overnight, and its done by morning. I am brewing about 2 pitchers of this tea per week, at least. . Side Note--- I bought this pitcher for use in making the tea, and it perfectly fits 2 Quarts, so I use 2 SportTea teabags each time I make it. I also highly recommend this pitcher bc it seals tightly and keeps your tea fresh. (Im not a paid spokesperson for either of these items, just a big fan!!)

> 3 dayBest daily drink on the Market!! Grateful that this is now being sold on Amazon, but was skeptical that the freshness might not be the same as going direct. It is OUTSTANDING!! I live for this drink and truly enjoy the lemonish/ginger flavor. Makes me happy, healthy, and gives me energy. Sometimes, I forget to check my inventory, so I was really glad to buy it from Amazon for quick delivery. Thank you.. If you want a pick me up with NO let down.... this is your drink.. Try it...

> 3 dayThis is an absolutely fantastic product. A close friend turned me on to it, as it’s a menu item at Collectivo coffee shops in Milwaukee. Hydration , great taste, energy boost—SportTea has it all. And it’s supposedly been to Everest.
