> 3 dayThis product is the only tea that I will drink that I dont add any sweetener to. It has a great flavor and also gives me a little bit more energy. I use a little more water than they say to (ends up filling a tall smart water bottle) and take one to work every day. Better than drinking just plain water and keeps me from drinking diet soda. I also let it sit in the fridge overnight, as it seems to take longer to steep than tea with hot water. Sometimes Ill reuse the teabag but it really makes it just very weak (still better than drinking plain water).

Greater than one weekI first tried this product because I was told it helps people who are quitting caffeine. I dont know if theres any science behind that but I was drinking this every day when I kicked the habit and Ive been without caffeine for almost three years and it was the best health and wellness decision Ive ever made. If SPORTea had anything to do ip with it, Im forever grateful! But besides the possible therapeutic effects, this drink just tastes great, plain and simple. Its got a unique citrus flavor that Ive never had before. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to fill a big water bottle and just stay hydrated all day.

> 3 dayI have been using these for many years. I have a potassium issue and these contain potassium so they help to keep me hydrated. The formula changed a few years ago and the flavor is now sweeter than I like so I use these teabags along with a decaf black tea. These are so easy to use. You simply place them in water and put in the fridge.

> 3 dayIf you dislike the blandness of regular brewed unsweetened tea, this might be the ticket. I discovered this product years ago working at a restaurant at a ski resort and have been hooked ever since. The flavor is a little more zippy than regular brewed unsweetened tea, which is nice, because you get a bit more flavor satisfaction without being weighed down by the calories of a sweetened tea.

> 3 dayI first encountered sport tea in 2000 when I was working in a funky cafe. Our chef had been trained in San Francisco, and she brought alot of cool things back from the west coast with her. Not sure where sport tea is from, but she had had it there. I got hooked then and I had not had it in over 10 years and looked it up on here. I have been buying it again since I found it. Love how you can get several boxes at once for a good price. It is so refreshing. Nothing compares to it! If you are wondering if you should buy it the answer is YES!!!!!

> 3 dayI heard about this tea from a lovely girl on Tiktok, and thank goodness I bought it. It is so delightedly refreshing (iced, that is) and gives me a little energy boost. I try to avoid caffeine when I can, because it makes me anxious and gives me stomach troubles as well - but this is the perfect in between. Its more flavorful than water, but not SO caffeinated or flavorful that it feels sinful. Its also a crowd favorite. My family is very picky and I made them an iced pitcher on a warm day and they all loved it! I know its expensive, but I honestly think Id pay the price all over again if the quality is still there!
