> 3 dayI have been using these for many years. I have a potassium issue and these contain potassium so they help to keep me hydrated. The formula changed a few years ago and the flavor is now sweeter than I like so I use these teabags along with a decaf black tea. These are so easy to use. You simply place them in water and put in the fridge.

> 3 dayThis is the best stuff to drink. No need to sweeten it, just bags in water and make it cold. No guilt, good for an active lifestyle avoiding soft drinks and sugar. Best taste ever. I love this stuff! The only thing is that the price has been going up and I am almost at that point where I do not want to spend that kind of money on an everyday beverage. I would usually buy it in bulk and save a buck or two per box, but those savings are disappearing. Its really too bad. If I hit the lottery, I would go back to having a stockpile of this stuff for sure.

> 3 dayMy daughter has asthma and we use herbs to keep her clear and from getting bronchial infections during flu season. Its a challenge getting her to take pills daily but she loves this tea and drinks it almost daily. Easy to throw in two bags per pitcher and put directly in fridge. (We make it a little stronger than the directions indicate.) Eleuthero and Ginseng help her get more oxygen into her cells and are adaptogens. So far its working great!! She drinks it unsweetened, too! It has a mildly sweet flavor from the stevia. Too much stevia we dont like. This is perfect. We buy it by the box.

> 3 dayIve used SPORTea on/off over the years. Its one of 2 teas that taste great (for me) without adding any sweetener. I just got the Contigo AUTOSEAL Pitcher with Infuser (72-oz). I carefully folded the bag to fit in the infuser with cut up cucumber and fill with filtered water and let steep in the fridge for a few hours and/or overnight. Just one 1-qt tea-bag lasts (for me) 2-pitchers full, (4-liters). And then I use the tea-infused cucumber in a Nutri-Blast and start over. lol.

> 3 dayHands down the best iced tea brand. Its flavorful, 0 sugar, 0 carbs, decaf but still give you the energy you need and it helps a bit with appetite suppressant. I have a 3000 ml water jug and 1 tea bag of this is perfect for it.

> 3 dayThis stuff is great! My daughter in St Louis used it to rehydrate after abdominal surgery and I tried it while visiting her during recovery. I order it in packages of 12 boxes and my wife also loves it. The great thing is that you drop a couple of bags (we use 3 for 84oz) fill your container with cold water and put it in the fridge for four hours. Its better if you leave it overnight, though. I mix it with juices like cranberry/cherry or just plain cranberry. Its also great for making your own kind of wine cooler by mixing it with Mikes Hard Lemonade.

> 3 dayMy husbands doctor recommended Sportea as a perfect beverage for rehydration and to keep electrolytes up. We drink it brewed just as it is. You can add sweetener or fruit juice to it but we like it plain. It has a very pleasant taste. It is a good value because we buy the large bags and make it in a pitcher in the refrigerator. A case of the Sportea lasts a longtime. We share it with out son-in-law who is very into fitness and daily excercise. It is better for you than soda and other artificially flavored drinks.
