Start-X Complete Plug N Play Remote Starter kit for Tundra 2010-2017 || Zero Wire Splicing!

Simple and easiest add-on to install. Took about 45 minutes. Paper directions are useless, just watch the video. I recommend a coat hanger or something to fish the connector to the passenger side. No special tools required. Well worth the money. No splicing wires. I used more zip ties than what was provided in the kit. Ill buy this kit for my other vehicles.

Works like a champ, wished I would have purchased sooner. If I was a smaller person would have been perfect. Still with some extra effort I was able to install it with very little profanity being used... LOL

The ease of install of this system cant be beat. Everything is plug and play. Programming was simple.

Great product

I was hesitant to buy this product because it seamed really cheap for a remote car start. The reviews say it all!!! Took me about an hour to install (20 minutes running the wire across under the glove box.lol) One review said he followed the video, paused and played, so thats what I did. 100% do that! Was really easy to install, unplug-plug and plug with T harness. Well done Start-X!!

Excellent product as well as seller! Love the Plug and Play. If I had to cut wires I would not have installed one.

I purchased this back in February of 2021 & installed it mid March. It was easy to install, I thought it was a great value for the money. Haven’t had the opportunity to use it through the winter yet, which is why I bought it in the first place. It worked great up until recently. Unfortunately it quit working almost 8 months in. Now when I go to start the truck remotely, the process begins but it just makes a click sound before it fires up & locks the truck. No issues with the starter, it’s just the startX module not working. Loved having it on my tundra but now I’m not sure what to do. Check out the video, I record what it does currently when I try to use it. Hopefully you have better luck than me with this product.

This is by far the best 200 bucks I have ever spent! The install was extremely straight forward and took all of 15 minutes to get everything plugged in. From start to finish, which includes taking trim off and putting it back on with functional checks before closing everything up was one hour. I watched the video that is provided here and it was done! The truck starts easily and runs or exactly 15 minutes before it shuts itself off. Once started you press the unlock button on the remote open the door and get in the truck. Once in the truck DO NOT PUSH THE BRAKE PEDAL, it shuts off, you first have to put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position and then you can press the brake and everything works as advertised. All in all the best solution for an easy upgrade. I would highly recommend and just DO IT, you wont regret it!

Installed in about one hour, watched YouTube video and easily programmed, fits under lower dashboard, great value!
