I was looking for a low profile setup for my apartment and did not want a full rack. This works perfect for what I needed.

Not much to say. We hung a server on it and it worked out fine.

This is 6U. There are lots of 5U and smaller units. Because it has a fixed width it is very fast to install properly on a blue board or 3/4 inch plywood backing. However, this means you cant fudge the width slightly like you can with other products. Cisco switches with their rack ears installed often only just fit, but I have always been able to get them in.

Worked well to install a 24 port POE rack mount switch in my utility room. Mounting vertically saved a considerable amount of space.
