Greater than one weekI bought it because I wanted to mount it to some 16-inch center studs, and the description specifically mentioned the holes 16 inches apart. However, most of the screw holes are about 19 inches apart. Only 2 holes are 16 inches apart.

> 3 dayMade into a custom mount for a karaoke set up. Used custom bolts, but it turned out nice and sturdy.

> 3 dayThis was perfect for my needs. This was for a small network closet space, and this makes it *MUCH* easier to get in and out of that space for any maintenance. I got two of them, and just screwed them into the studs and voila! Hung the patch panel on one, and the switch on the other. Not they dont protrude into the closet, but hang on the wall flush.

> 3 dayThis is very nice to mount a couple of switches and such in a very tight space. I have a couple of these (1U and 2U) in some of the offices I support.

> 3 dayPerfect for adding a couple or more rack units next to a structured wiring cabinet. I am installing a D-Link 24-Port Rackmountable Gigabit Switch DGS-1024D (switch includes rackmount ears) and a UPS.

> 3 dayVery sturdy and unobtrusive 4U rack. I have it mounted under a Boos work table next to my desk for a clean, hidden away audio setup. It’s substantial in weight and I’m certain it’ll live up to it’s stated weight capacity if properly mounted. I would recommend a 6” extended phillips bit for driving in the screws next to the uprights. Overall, it’s a great under-mount rack. The only negative is its price. For the simplicity of its design and materials, I would have figured it’d be $20 cheaper. But, server/audio hardware is always substantially marked up. Despite the downside of higher cost, I’ll be purchasing another, potentially a 6U version in the future.
