> 24 hourI bought this little device to replace one that cost 3 times as much. This little box cranks out 30 Gigabyte (!) data transfers, batch after batch. I am very happy with it.

> 24 hourAt first we couldnt get anything to duplicate without failing, but after upgrading the firmware to the latest version, things ran much better. Had an issue getting cheapo chinese drives with our logo to duplicate, would always fail. Ended up being able to get it to work as long as the SOURCE drive was a better quality drive, but the same size. Then we were able to duplicate to as many of the cheap drives as we wanted. So make sure your source drive works, then you can probably duplicate to a wider range. Spent an hour with tech support trying to diagnose the latter issue and they were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and communication was very clear. Was not expecting that kind of a tech support experience. Would recommend anything StarTech just for that. Definitely recommend the product.

> 24 hourWish I had a battery for this, to work in the field, but it takes a workload off my computer so that I can continue to work efficiently without the burdensome process of copying, formatting or wiping a storage device.

> 24 hourWorks like a dream! Its fast, too! Copied a 2 GB thumb drives (2 of them) in less than 40 seconds. It was closer to 36 second, but I rounded up. I am very happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourIt works copying 54gb of data on 64gb or a 128 Gb drive. Read the instructions very important for setting up before using. Using all slots, and copying 54 HB of data will take about 3 1/2 hours or about 40 mins per USB. This is nice because it does not require a computer.
