Greater than one weekI have had this keyboard for about 4 months and have nothing bad to say about it. It look really good with the RGB lights and some of the light functions are pretty cool. The board itself seems like its made with quality parts that are tough and able withstand my abusive hands. I use it for gaming and it makes it much more of a enjoyable experience. You get what you pay for.

Greater than one weekBeen using it for an year now. Bought the brown switches variant Pros: 1) Build quality is good, feels good, keycaps and keys are sturdy 2) Lighting is bright! The ease to configure them is amazing 3) The media controls is a good feature. I especially love the metal roller for adjusting volume. 4) USB passthrough is very useful. Cons: 1) Brown keys are not as tactile as I want them to be. They are less tactile compared to cherry MX browns. Actuation force is small enough for me to inadvertently use wrong keystrokes. 2) One of keys sometimes presses twice. I did not expect it to start failing so soon. Its not often but seems like it will last just a few more months. 3) Keyboard is loud if you are a heavy handed ttyper. Consider getting a switch dampener, otherwise the noise made is loud. 4) The wrist rest is not really comfortable. There are better ones out there.

> 3 dayFirst off this is an excellent keyboard, the typing experience on it is great (if a bit loud, but thats what youre getting with blue switches like I did). Every piece of it just seems very high quality to me from the keys to the base and wrist-rest, its incredibly solid feeling and honestly the only feature that I could ask for is if it had a headphone-jack and detachable cord. I thought the software was very easy to use and didnt have any trouble setting it up. After using it for a bit however I question if the unique OLED in the corner was worth the price-premium, Ive found that while cool, I basically just dont use it.

> 3 dayThis keyboard is hands down my favorite Ive used so far. Started from a Corsair Strafe to an Apex M750 and now to the Apex 7 TKL w/ cherry switches. I am glad I did. The extra space for the mouse on the mousepad (I use an XXL reflex lab mousepad) is fantastic. The OLED screen, while some find it to be gimmicky, I find is pretty cool. On the fly settings access without going into the engine software is a really nice feature. For the price, I dont think you can find a better TKL keyboard. Highly recommend.

Greater than one weekWhat is not to like about this keyboard? Fully customizable RGB lighting. The clicky blue switches feel absolutely amazing, and sound fantastic. The 10 keyless gives me so much space on my desk for my mouse while I am gaming. It has a USB port on the keyboard you can use for your mouse or for other lighting options you can purchase (I.E.- I have a light bar plugged into my keyboard I use to back light my monitor.) You also cant leave out the fact that it has media controls on the keyboard as well. It has everything you want in an aesthetically pleasing keyboard for a great price. Other keyboards that run more than 120.00 are falling short compared to this beauty. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know.

> 3 dayThe OLED part of the kb has a coil whine like high pitch noise, noise is different with different backlight intensity, I might won a lottery here but apart from that, great switch, great feelings

> 3 dayIve owned this keyboard for a little over a year. Ive done maintenance almost 1-2 times a month to keep this keyboard as pristine as possible. Less than 6 months in, I experienced my first key chattering issue. it wasnt a big deal back then due to the fact that it was only happening on my i key but nonetheless, it was quite annoying to deal with. Slowly over the course of the last 3-4 months, the chattering issue spread from being only my i key to now infecting my k, v, h, m, d and w. Multiple inputs are registered per keystroke which rendered the keyboard basically useless to me. I created a customer support ticket and had to wait almost 3-4 weeks before I received my initial response. After back and forths for almost an additional month (keep in mind we are now 2 months into the support ticket) they finally offered me a solution. BREAK my current keyboard and send in 20 pictures to prove it was done so they can continue with an RMA, effectively rendering me USELESS for 3 weeks before my keyboard was shipped and delivered, or place a $180 HOLD ON MY BANK ACCOUNT while they shipped out a new keyboard and I was still expected to go through the process of breaking my obviously defected keyboard before they released the hold. This is absolutely malicious and criminal activity from steelseries. Im BEYOND angry and I would recommend everyone who sat here and read through this to NEVER PURCHASE A STEELSERIES PRODUCT. IT is NOT worth your time and frustration.
