> 3 dayCompared to the SteelSeries Sensei Raw, the Rival 110 feels cheaper because of the hard plastic, especially on the sides. However, the buttons feel nice and tactile and the customization of the light is pretty cool. Also, less expensive, so worth the money.

> 3 day3.5 / 5 This mouse was replacing a (very) old Razer Diamondback, and I am returning it as it does not live up to my expectations. I really only had 2 criteria for this mouse: 1) Feels good in my hand 2) Two side buttons for my thumb (I map them for a couple of games that I play) For me, this mouse isnt what I was looking for in either case. Let me be blunt here- this mouse feels like a toy in my hand compared to the Razer. This might be one me- I knew the mouse was made out of plastic, but everything about the body of the mouse feels flimsy to me. The scroll wheel is fine, and it seems to track well, so really just the feel of the plastic in my hand is not working for me. For the second point, the two buttons are indeed on the side, but they take a good effort to depress. The Razer I was used to had almost hair-triggers for the mouse buttons and the side buttons. This may have been due to age, but the Rival 110 feels very stiff in comparison. So, for those two reasons, I am going to send it back. As it turns out, if nothing is wrong with the mouse, you have to pay to ship items back. That has led me to decide to buy all future computer hardware (well, most of it at least) from my local Best Buy, because that way I can try something out, and bring it back within 2 weeks with no penalty. This mouse is not for me, but for the price, it might be worth it for you. If you want a stiff-ish clicking gaming mouse, and you dont mind the plasticy feel of the thing, this might be a good buy for the price.

> 3 dayI previously had a Steel Series 300 optical mouse, after many years it finally needed to be replaced. I was hesitant to get this 110 model as the grip style was different from the palm style i was used to, but I have to say Im glad i tried it. Its small nimble and comfortable, and at such a low price if you are on a budget, this has got to be the best bang for the buck you can find.

Greater than one weekSafe shape, fits my 16.5cm hands really well. I use a palm/claw hybrid grip. Weight is a little on the heavy side for a mouse this size, it would be great if it were around 85g as opposed to 91g. It is nowhere near 87.5g as advertised. Switches feel alright, but my left clicks feel somewhat mushy. Not a big deal in game though. Side buttons are a little sharp but they are positioned well enough for you to click without issues. The scroll wheel feels stiffer than the 310 series of mice and are much harder to press in. Good or bad, its up to your preference. I prefer the clicks on the 310 mice. Built quality is pretty good for a budget mouse. Cable is soft and flexible but not as good as the cable on the 310 series. Coating feels like it will last and is grippy enough. Even the sides which are plastic offer really nice grip. Sensor performs flawlessly. From what I read online, the TruMove1 is based off the PWM3330 sensor but heavily modified by SteelSeries through their partnership with PixArt. Whatever it is, LOD seems high but it did not seem to affect me in game. Great sensor, SteelSeries and other mouse companies should look into more budget friendly sensors like the 3330 to put into their mice. It performs just as well as my Sensei 310 and Rival 310 with the TruMove3. You wont tell the difference. The RGB lights are only single zone so dont expect much out of them, but it is what it is. Overall I love this mouse. Its amazing how well a mouse of this caliber could perform. And it offers surprisingly great comfort for its low and simple design. I guess the subtle curves on the sides and back help a little. My only complaints would be the quality of the main switches (Left click in particular) and the weight which could be a little lighter. As someone who has used the Logitech G Pro/G102, Ninox Venator, SteelSeries Sensei 310, and Razer Lancehead TE. I think this is the best ambidextrous mouse Ive owned. The price to performance/shape ratio is astounding. If you didnt like then G102/G203, this is probably worth looking at.

> 3 dayI wanted a durable, quality, long lasting mouse. 1 Year and its still working so Im not disappointed, it just cost a lot for a very basic, well-made mouse. no fancy feature, just good buttons, solid cord mouse. next time Ill except all of the same things but at a cheaper price. Feels a bit light weight but otherwise happy choice besides the price.

> 3 dayThe mouse is good, its just that when compared with the Rival 310 in person, the 310 is the better choice. $27 for 110, but for just $13 more you can get a 310 which is totally worth it for these features: right handed shape (the 110 Rival is actually symmetric in shape, and is not designed to be right handed, which surprised myself), rubber side grips, easier to click middle mouse (the 110 takes at least three times pressing force), and the separated Right/Left mouse buttons from the frame (makes clicking feel much better and less force required). Also a better sensor. Its an overall better design which makes your hand feel much more relaxed. The 110 is just another symmetric Sensei. 310 makes the 110 look like cheap plastic. Ive used a Sensei until now for over 8 years, and will have to live with a small ache in my arm from using a mouse that isnt right-handed. Its important to go with a good posture mouse. Dont make my mistake. I use a claw grip.
