Heavy duty welded steel frame. Screws provided were not heavy duty or hardened lag bolts. Very weak for such a quality made frame. I drilled out the predrilled mounting frame and used longer and heavier hardened lag bolts. I would not hang ladders over my vehicles without this upgrade.

Decent product. A bit pricey perhaps, but theres really nothing else like it for the good features it has incorporated in the design :^)

The screws are weak, they broke during installation which leads to a lack of sturdiness. Too bad to alter a good product with poor and cheap hardware

I like everything about this. It work exactly as described and is very well made. I have a 32’ fiberglass extension ladder and a 6’ Little Giant adjustable ladder on this thing above my cars. I feel they are very secure and have not an ounce of anxiety about it holding. Great product and looks good!

We bought three kayaks and needed to find a good way to store them. Our garage and shed were both pretty full. I found these racks. Ordered them because of the ability to hang from the ceiling and also to choose which direction they would be used. which was huge for us as we did need to have perpendicular mounting to accommodate our available ceiling space. Easy to install, adjustable, and sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.

Great design, easy to install. I used it to hang a 6 foot and 8 foot ladder on the garage ceiling. Would buy again.

Used for my 8 and 6 ladder. Instructions say for surf boards, but really solid and have no issues storing my ladders on it. Got them off the floor so opened up more useable space in my garage. Will add some bungee cords to prevent the ladders from falling in a major earthquake. The bracket and support very robust so no chance of them failing!
