Streamlight 74303 Strion LED Flashlight with AC Charger, Black - 260 Lumens

I have never paid more than $30 for a flashlight until now, but have had a stream light strion for about 8 yrs that was given to me by a friend. Still works great but button is getting a bit worn and battery has lost some life. Talked my wife into getting this because she always uses mine on our 1.5acre to check on animals. It is bright enough to see from one end to the other pretty good, about 350ft. After realizing how many cheap lights Ive bought and threw away over the years due to corrossion or just failing I could have bought a few of these. Cant go wrong with the durability,life, brightness and warranty of this little beast. Only brand of light I will purchase in the future.

I have the light and associated DC wall charger plugged into my Vanagon auxiliary batteries for charging and general camp/travel use. When not travelling, I keep the light in the house for weeks at a time without recharging and it is super-bright. This is a quality light. Three days ago, I was using on top of my van and dropped it 7 feet to concrete. Works great - no cracks. I think this is a no-brainer purchase. You can also get it with AC power, but I like to have the charge capability in vehicle but only if you have auxiliary batteries.

Use this at work and its great. Very bright light for such a small flashlight. I carry an extra rechargeable battery with me just in case the one inside dies, but honestly I can go about two full work shifts with this and not need to replace the battery/charge it. I would highly recommend for those in LE. Ive dropped it, thrown it (weird story), and used it for countless hours. You might pay a little more up front, but its nothing compared to the guys spending hundreds on cool flashlights. Stick to this, you wont regret it and it wont drag you down with weight.

Ive carried mini mag lights for years, but this light is one of the brightest Ive ever seen or used. Very good battery life before recharging.

One of the best flashlights in the market but expect to pay... lifetime warranty on everything except the battery is very fair and trouble free process. As a mechanic I have 2 of these in my toolbox and one in my car/ house. The breast cancer research one is my favorite as its easy to see!

Great light for work or duty.

I have purchased this flashlight multiple times now. I have lost one, and broke another. I am a marine engineer so I do all my work on ships. It is frequently exposed to salt water, submerssion, being dropped, and plenty of use. Even with all that it holds up real well and is very bright. I reccomend the belt holster for it also if you get it, and a spare battery if you use it as frequently as I do, and dont have the luxtury to wait for it to charge.

This is the perfect flashlight for any girl/woman. I can never find my flashlight as my husband seems to grab them and they disappear. Since this one is pink it stays exactly where I place it when Im done using it. It is medium weight (not light weight like the cheap plastic ones) and has a nice texturized feel to the handle. I have never dropped it. The illumination is very bright and has nice aim. This is the second one Ive purchased to give as a gift. I originally purchased one for myself late 2014.

I had this flashlight for 8 years before it grew legs and walked away without my knowledge... It is an awesome tool and it will stand up to many years of hard use. I would trust it with my life, and have on many occasions.

From what I am told, this is the flashlight that a lot of law enforcement officers use so what could be a better recommendation than that?! Their life could actually depend on a reliable flashlight and you will understand why they chose this flashlight over any other. It is built like a tank, has a brilliant light that is almost too strong, and great battery life. I threw away all of my other flash lights and purchased two more of these. They are crazy expensive but I think they are worth every penny.
