> 3 dayThais flashlight is the most I have ever spent on a flashlight. The battery gives little notice when they fail. So a back up is always required. But the brightness makes up for any complaints one might have,,.. I have since bought five, for household use.

> 3 dayThis is a really good light. I mounted the charger near my front door and leave it in the charger even if its not charging. I just drop it in without the contacts connected to the charger and will never have to go looking for it if I need it. To check the battery voltage just use a voltmeter and touch the leads to the charging contacts on the side of the light. It reads the voltage so no need to remove the battery to check voltage. This unfortunately doesnt work on my 2 Stingers,

> 3 dayI now own 3 streamlight Strions. My first one I bought for work 10 years ago! I had to warranty it last year because the LED finally quit. No hassle warranty process. Just send it in (without the battery) and they sent me a new one. Nice! A brand new flash light. If youre trying to decide between this one and the HL (high lumen) version, Id recommend this one. I have both versions and I really prefer the lower lumen one. The HL version is brighter than you need in most cases. Plus the battery life is really bad (on the brightest setting), and it gets really hot really fast. This one gets warm too, but not like the HL. Plus the battery life is much better. This light is plenty bright, especially using in confined spaces (like working on cars). I use these primarily at work (auto repair) and they will blind you when reflecting off some surfaces under the hood or under the car. The HL is too bright. This one is sometimes too bright. Out in the open, in pitch black, (like camping) either light will be more than bright enough to spot wildlife or find your way to the tree/bathroom. But like I said the HL version battery life is no bueno, so Id still recommend this one for any situation. Your other option is the Streamlight Stinger which is insane bright (700ish lumens). Thats a lot when directed in such a small beam of light. But I still prefer this one because it is small enough to comfortably fit in your pocket, while the Stinger is not. Plus this one is bright enough. I have not found a better quality flashlight. I have dropped these thousands of times on concrete, in oil, coolant, water, trans fluid.. Been ran over, thrown in to the wall. You name it, it has happened to my flashlights. Still nothing kills them. You will not be disappointed with this light!

> 3 dayThe single best flashlight on the market. Extrodinarily bright beam and a very tough body. I have dropped it many times with no ill affects. The only complaint is the round body makes it impossible to lean it for illumination without it falling or rolling. It maintains the same bright beam throughout its battery charge then sudd3enly goes dead without warning. It does recharge very fast. I have two and use one while the other is in the charger. It will become very warm during extended use. A great item priced out of the range for most budgets.

> 3 dayThis is the second flashlight of this model I have owned. The first is close to three years old and have replaced the battery once. These are the brightest and handiest flashlights Ive ever owned. Much brighter than a four C cell Mag-Lite I recently purchased. Bought the second Strion as Im going back into law enforcement part-time and want to have a fully charged backup. I carry one on my hip almost all the time. If you dont have a charger, youll need one.

> 3 dayThis is the perfect flashlight for any girl/woman. I can never find my flashlight as my husband seems to grab them and they disappear. Since this one is pink it stays exactly where I place it when Im done using it. It is medium weight (not light weight like the cheap plastic ones) and has a nice texturized feel to the handle. I have never dropped it. The illumination is very bright and has nice aim. This is the second one Ive purchased to give as a gift. I originally purchased one for myself late 2014.

> 3 dayMy husband and I had a bet going, and he won. For his reward he wanted this flashlight. It has a very bright and focused light that truely goes the distance. He loves it and shows it off to all of his friends at work. (Officers at the prison, who will also likely buy it.) Hes very pleased with himself for buying this flashlight and is now buying a special holster for it.
