> 24 hourHad one of these and lost it on a trip to Colorado. Super bright, top quality light. Does not spread light but is more direct, just what I wanted. This company makes all types of lights. Small but powerful, almost too bright at times. If you are looking for something close up, may be too bright in short distances. Strobe feature is cool. Great on Halloween when walking with the kids at night. Cars will see you easily.

> 24 hourHad these all the way back from the halogen bulb with the back up bulb stored in the tail cap. Obviously LED is the way now, but the classic Streamlight lives on as powerful as ever. It’s what you’ve come to expect with what I believe is HANDS DOWN the best duty or every day light on the market. It’s not in particularly cheap.. but you buy once. You cry once, don’t waste your time with o lights and those 10 pack value deal lights. I can attest to the fact that I promise you this light will outlive you, and even if something happens. I can also attest to the quality of Streamlights service department. Send them your product, and no Questions asked they will fix it up provided the rare circumstance of a failure takes place. I don’t often write reviews, but this item is worth my time to do my best in getting my point across that you won’t be sorry.

> 24 hourOnly reason for the 4 starts is that you should mention it only comes with a car charging adapter. Not many people can charge a flashlight for 10-12 hours in their car, which is what you are supposed to do initially. Its a great light. A lot of people own them, and Im glad I was able to get it for less than the truck wanted.

> 24 hourAs a professional mechanic this is the only light I trust to hold up to all the abuse I throw at it. Its bright and the battery lasts most of the day when used heavily. Buy the one with the piggyback charger so you always have a spare battery charged and waiting.

> 24 hourI needed a new flashlight for work and wanted to move away from my full size streamlight rechargeable. I owned a stinger 8 or so years ago but it had the xenon bulb and when the battery went bad I never replaced it. So this time I wanted to go with LED as the bulbs basically last forever and the xenon bulbs are expensive. All that said I wanted a good price and selection so I went to amazon. Unfortunately things got confusing from there. Amazon had so many stinger products with model numbers that had no corresponding reference on the Streamlight website so for my review instead of focusing on the light, lumens, body comp, etc, which had been covered before, I wanted to try to clear up the product numbers to make buying easier if you have already decided to buy a Stinger. (I spent hours trying to figure out what the model number meant because the pictures were basically worthless when deciding between certain models as well as included accessories) Basically what I determined is that the beginning three numbers tell what kind of light it is. 757 is the Stinger LED as shown on the Streamlight website. 758 is the Stinger DS LED and 75? anything else is the standard Stinger xenon bulb. The only anomaly is the DS HP, which follows no rhyme or reason but is easily distinguishable because of its large lamp portion. So the difference? The Stinger LED has one on/off switch on the handle and an rubber anti-roll ring that can be placed on the flashlight The Stinger LED DS had two fully functional on/off switches one on the body and one on the end. The light output is basically the same on both from what I can tell as are all other features. The Stinger LED HP had that large bulging portion that according to Steamlight gives it a long range targeting beam. Has only one on/off switch The classic stinger has the xenon bulb. All Stingers that I know of will charge with the battery in the flashlight in the charger. Other accessories are available of with the one that caused me the most confusion being the Piggyback holder. It is basically an additional holder for a battery only that attaches to a regular charger. Dont be fooled by the fast charger thing. As far as I can tell all Stinger chargers will charge in fast mode as well as regular mode (even the piggyback) Now for accessories. Here it is to the best of my ability is the list for LED lights only. It is not exhaustive and is a guide only Model 75710-LED flashlight only, no battery 75711-LED with AC charger only 75712-LED with DC only 75713-LED flashlight only with battery 75732-LED with AC, DC, and piggyback. Has only one cradle with the piggyback attached but has two different wires, one DC and on AC. Includes two batteries 75735 AC ad DC chargers only indicates it has two cradles but unknown. 75810-DS Flashlight only no battery 75812 DS and DC charger only 75813-DS with AC and DC charger 75816-DS AC/DC with Piggyback 75832-DS with AC/ DC charger and Piggyback 75835 -DS with AC/ DC charger 75836 DS with AC and piggyback charger 75760-HP flashlight only with battery 75761-HP with AC charger only 75763-HP with AC and DC chargers 75782-HP with AC, DC, and Piggyback 75856-HP with AC, DC, and Piggyback 75860-HP only with battery 75861-HP with AC charger 75862-HP with DC charger only 75863-HP with AC and DC charger 75882-HP with unknown 75885-HP with AC and DC charger I bought the 75732 because I did not need the end cap. I dont have any knowledge of how many batteries or charger cradles (other then the one I bought) are included with each model because it does not say on the web pages as far as I can tell. I think that in the end you should assume you get one battery and one charging cradle with two cords AC and DC then if you get more it is a bonus. Hope this review helps.

> 24 hourHaving used the large metal cased, baton-like, multi-D celled flashlights for years, I now am a convert to Streamlight flashlights. There is no substitute for the brightness of the LED, and the long battery life. In a compact size, the Streamlight Stingers are much easier to use in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, under cars) where one might need maneuverability. The compact size of the single batter is also good, as one can be stashed in a pocket and swapped out more easily than a handful of D cell batteries.

> 24 hourThis is a flashlight that works and works well. It is a very bright source of white light that has 3 settings and a strobe setting. I have used the strobe to get drivers attention in the dark and to warn motorists away from me while working on vehicles in the dark. The normal light setting is extremely bright , Very bright , and bright. The f;lash light comes with a 12V DC/120VAC Piggy back re charger. It can be used in your car or in the house/shop just by changing a plug in. It is not so big that it wont fit the side leg pocket of my coveralls.

> 24 hourI have the model 75712 and it is equipped with the dual switch DS .After using that feature all the time, I would only buy one with it. With that said, I lost it for a period of time and I thought it was gone. I read a review where someone said that the 75710 is the exact duplicate only without the charger. Well, this model does not have the DS in the rear. Its still a great light and my next 10 lights will be rechargeable Streamlight flashlights. The golden lining is that I found my 75712. Now I still have the best of one world.
