Sub-Zero Air Purification Cartridge-7042798

I ordered the first one, came broke. Exchanged for another, second came BROKE. I give up

The 648 PRO G does not use an air freshener.

Subzero computer is telling me this filter is nearly discharged, ie… i was sent a used filter.

Works fine in my sub zero fridge. Easy install. Don’t listen to those people who complain about noise when the shake it or dust. That’s the carbon particles mo moving around inside, and sometimes creates dust on the outside, although I didn’t find any dust on mine

Arrived broken - this is not activated charcoal...these are clear, broken shards. Clearly this broken glass and may contain mercury per warning label on the box.

Product broken and used. The packaging was torn and obviously previously open. The item is half price at authorized dealers. I dont recommend this product.

The item arrived on time but it was damaged, probably due to the poor packaging. When I opened the box, tiny shards of glass were falling out of the cartridge. I read a lot of product reviews before ordering it. I clearly understood that if you gently shake the cartridge, its normal to hear a (broken) rattling sound. I can’t believe tiny pieces of glass falling out into your hands is normal. I don’t think the product itself was inferior, but the packaging was definately inadequate, allowing damage to occur.

These were dead on arrival. We ordered two and one of them had bits of glass on the outside, as if the glass bulb inside broke. Both filters were broke. Do yourself a favor and order parts from an official Sub Zero distributor or directly from Sub Zero. Go on their site. I ordered the same filters from an official major east coast parts distributor and they worked.
