> 3 dayI should have listened to the negative reviews. Unit arrived broken with shards of either glass or plastic all over the unit. There was also a rattling sound which makes me think something broke inside. Promptly returned for a refund. Will buy from Sub-zero/Wolf directly instead.

> 3 dayI read previous reviews about the inside being broken glass, thats the filter. I removed the existing filter that was installed in the factory and it was the exact same. Saved $ compared to ordering direct

> 3 dayWhen we got our SubZero and filter replacement time rolled around, we got a filter that said it was comperable to original SubZero filter. Well, my husband looked at the original and compared it to the CHEAP one. He immediately sent it back. Yes, they may be pricey but worth the investment especially since we invested in a high end frig! No regrets AND it may affect your warranty if not using the proper filter.

Greater than one weekI’m very disappointed with my purchase with this seller. This is not a cheap cartridge, I paid almost $70 for it. And this seller sent us a used one, such a disgrace to Subzero brand!

> 3 dayBecause of the negative reviews of the filter we decided to order directly from Sub-Zero. When we opened the package we were disappointed. There was grit all over the filter and you could hear noise when the filter was moved, suggesting broken parts inside. It really looked like someone had returned it after laying in the gutter. When we called Sub-Zero to return it, the helpful customer service representative told us that (1) the dirt was simply production dust which we should be able to simply wipe off; and (2) there were balls inside the filter so it should make noise when moved. She added that she took at least two calls a day on this very issue and mentioned that the packaging left a lot to be desired. The dirt did come right off and, once installed, the filter seems to be working fine.
