I found it easy to use, and helpful for my wife to design our room lay out. For Printing the results I used snip and sketch.

1st: Following the English directions on how to load, they did not work so the program was never loaded!

Product was easy to use and work with.

Seems to be a good CAD program similar to one I used professionally. I am a little rusty. Do not know what you are referring to as far as thickness is concerned.

The most un-user friendly piece of software Ive ever used. Total waste of money. Dont buy it.

The product is quite different from the Sweet Home product that I used in the past. as with anything , there is a learning curve involved. After becoming familiar with the key strokes I was able to accomplish my design criteria. As for the remodeling aspect of the product it is much more in depth than the old program. I can see where it could be a vital asset to a Interior Decorator.

I would like to give this program more stars but I just cannot for the following reasons;

The installer on the CD will not work after a number of attempts. The download link that is provided takes you to a login screen, which does not give you the opportunity to create an account. The problem hotline is a marketing site, sorry not wasting time on being marketed to. Experienced that before. Result being, paid $20 for a cup coaster.
