Being a combat infantryman who fought in the jungles of Vietnam, I fully understand the importance of these compression bandages. You dont have to be in combat to encounter an emergency situation that may require a compression bandage. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Its called an emergency for a reason and if the Israels made it, then its going to be first class and made from years of first hand knowledge of wounds and compression techniques that requires a bandage that exceeds basic requirements.

Step 1Place primary dressing pad face-down on wound and wrap elastic bandage around limb. |
Step 2Insert elastic bandage into pressure bar opening. |
Step 3Pull elastic bandage in same direction until fully tight. |
