> 3 dayRemember with this you are getting a pad that is great for laying on top of wounds. Just know this is not a substitute for the proper packing of a severe wound. Think of a plastic cup with a pencil running through the middle of the cup, through each side. If the pencil is an artery, a dressing laying on top of the cup wont touch the artery. You need to pack the wound to allow pressure on the artery, and then you can secure the packing with a dressing like this.
