Greater than one weekI’ve never seen a pack pack with this many features. It has amazing organization and spaces for everything I need. I love the sunglasses pouch, insulated drink compartment (it really works!), laptop holder, portable battery holder with wire, etc. Looks great too and amazing bag for travel/ tech enthusiasts. Bag holds SO MUCH STUFF, but is not bulky due to side strap pockets. Quality is so good I can imagine it lasting 5+ years.

Greater than one weeklet me start out by saying nobody, and i mean nobody, makes better backpacks than SWISS GEAR! hands down they are the best! i have an old SWISS GEAR bag that dates back to the early 2000s (man im old) ... it was my road warrior technology backpack ... i loved it but thought i would update it given how much i used this bag (still sturdy, no rips/tears, but signs of age/wearing as expected). the 5358 black/blue back has the BEST LOOKS of any bag, bare none. but im returning this back for 3 reasons: 1. water bottle pockets. they wont hold a 32oz gatorade bottle w/o buckling them in (which poises another problem as those buckles get in the way of opening up the bag altogether. just give me DEEPER mesh pockets for waterbottles (BOTH SIDES please). and while the side insolated area is nice, its made for only small 12oz bottles. 2. shoe carrier. this is a technology carrier backpack, and not a workout bag ... having a compartment for shoes is just not somethign im interested in. if i need to carry shoes, ill bring a gym/clothes bag with. 3. key hook on the outside. i use this ALL THE TIME on my current swiss gear backpack ... i dont want to open up my bag to get my keys ... i LOVE the key hook (and my model has it on the handle. maybe im too picky, but reason #1 is enough for me to say no to this model.

> 3 dayHelped keep me organized while traveling with multiple electronic devices. Used as a carry on and LOVED it. The luggage strap made it easy and portable with my rolling luggage and the storage and organizations options with the bag are endless! I added bungee webbing to the front of the pack in order to be able to have a tad more flexibility. Items used to add netting were ordered on Amazon, too!

> 3 dayProbably one of the best features is how you can slide the back strap over the handle of your rolling bag to ease the weight burden of a full pack, while traversing the height and width of JFK international. The main problem with Swissgear is they make so many different back packs that basically do the same thing and deciding which one you want. This came with the extra bag lock which makes it a sweet deal. You are able to secure any and all of the compartments too with the zipper pulls. Id probably buy this one again.....

Greater than one weekUsable, but should have had more internal pockets instead of the totally useless-to-me Shoe pocket that takes up so much room inside the bag if you actually put shoes inside the pocket. Not as many usable internal pockets as would appear from photos. The shoe pocket is also of thin material that will probably not last long if you actually put shoes inside it. With perfect 20/29 hindsight realize I should have bought the other model. Durability; Looks durable, but only actual usage and time will tell that. Annoying zipper strap arrangements, not really well thought out by the designer.. You have to unfasten them to use the bag zipper there. (See photos) Has two totally annoying useless straps with round plastic circles at the end of them hanging down the bottom of the bag. These are for adjusting the bag to fit your back, but some way of fastening the extra length of them up and out of the way should have been considered. Will probably just cut the extra length off, since there is apparently nothing on the bag that those plastic circles at the ends actually fasten to. (See photos) No instructions included with the bag; but lots of lovely tags to explain, fastened here and there on the bag for instructions. The lock is a joke a kid could easily force open, if you want a lock on the bag get a real one. Keeping it, but will modify it to fit my needs. Overpriced for what you get, and annoying. Will probably just remove the worthless fragile shoe pocket by cutting it out inside the bag, never use that zipper, and use industrial silicon glue to place some durable pockets inside the bag in that compartment. Silicon gluing durable pouches inside to make more pockets works for me. Have modified bags before.

> 3 dayExcellent backpack. Very thoughtful design. Many useful pockets. The shoe pocket also works for quick access to smaller travel bags that hold my laptop accessories or camera accessories. It’s nice to know that I always have access to a usb power bank via USB port on the backpack strap no matter where I go. Great thinking!
