> 3 dayOverall a good product. Adhesive is a bit weak and was lifting on the side with ribbon cables. Added some extra adhesive i had from other repairs as well as a defender case to sandwich it all together and problem solved.

> 3 dayIt worked flawlessly. Just careful with the process. We used the heat gun on too high a heat, as the original glue was hard to loosen, and ended up wrecking the front camera. As well, we were a little too rough taking off the glass and wrecked the home button (you can add a home button to the touch screen through settings, so this isnt a big deal). But none of these things are the fault of the T Phael Black Digitizer Repair kit. Once we got the new digitizer on, our ipad was back to normal. Saved so much money compared to if we had sent it away. Totally worth purchasing this kit if you work for an institution like ours, educational, where we have many ipads and lots of them getting damaged. Im going to order more knowing the first replacement was a success.

> 3 dayThe device starts acting up after about 4 days and then the touch response goes all over the place.

> 3 dayAll around terrible. The packaging was pretty much the screen inside a cardboard box with a very thin layer of bubble wrap. Then the ribbon cables for the screen are longer then the original which caused the screen to raise and crack. Not to mention the adhesive is terrible. Youd be better off rubbing Elmers glue on it.

> 3 dayI waited 6 months to confirm that the screen continued to work properly after my self repair, and indeed it is. The repair is a little tricky in terms of removing the broken screen and then replacing the new one and tucking the connecting electronics back into the case of the iPad, but with some patience and a delicate touch, it can be successfully accomplished. You will need a small bit of strong double stick tape to adhere your touch ID home button back in place properly, but I had some on hand so it wasnt an issue. I am very happy with this purchase and its still working. Mission accomplished.
