Poor Quality from the tools to the screen !

Replaced a broken glass. Having a Xacto knife will help as well as a heat gun. Just take your time and slowly remove the glass. Like what was said before look up some videos to help you remove and install.

After very careful installation it seem to work fine, product looks good, packaging was excellent, and quality appears to there. Only issue was that after a week or so I started to notice that the touchscreen was failing, I had certain spots on the iPad where the touch sensitivity was not working properly and it wasn’t responding unless you applied a significant amount of pressure, from there things only got worse, now there are several spots on the iPad where it will not respond at all, I find myself having to flip the screen in order to be able to get things to work.

I installed this for one of the iPads at my work so that my managers didnt have to pay a shop to fix the screen or buy a whole new tablet. Obviously the more damaged the screen the harder it will be to remove. However, this screen comes with a home button, which is actually annoying if you didnt break the one on the original screen. You WILL lose touch ID and the button feels super cheap. The included adhesive is next to useless and fell off after a week of use. Overall, this is really not worth the money. Seriously, spend an extra 20 dollars to get a decent screen. (all the tools are nice though :D )

Touch worked fine, however the home button wasn’t responding and upon further inspection there was a tear in the wire! Of course they will probably say damaged during install. Disappointed

easy to install

I bought this to replace the shattered screen on my I pad 6th generation. If I had taken it to get fixed it would’ve been a few hundred dollars so wanted to try this. We looked up and watched some videos. It permed pretty easy you just have to keep watching the videos. It was a little hard to get the old screen off. A heat gun is a must to help remove it. You need to be very careful around the button on the bottom when removing. But it went well and works now!
