followed instructions as given and ended up causing more damage than before. Had to buy a second kit from another company that worked better. Still needed to be repaired at a store

The cables are cumbersome and in the way, the digitizer cable fold must be place under the LCD screen not on top to avoid bulging screen. The glass screen is extremely thin and not OEM strength. The new screen broke with very little force.

It wouldn’t seal onto the iPad. The adhesive is horrible

It was easy to install (if you know what you’re doing) came with everything mentioned included. ONLY thing that made me give lower stars is the adhesive. It is NOT as good, it keeps unsticking on one side and I have to continually be pressing it down. I’d purchase one to put on it I just don’t know what adhesive works for it.

Blemish in Loca. The liquid optical clear adhesive to attach digitizer to pane of glass. Total disappointment

This product is in the middle of good and bad I love the tools it was pretty easy to do as a beginner but a thing to watch out is the part where you glue it together the adhesive is not the best but it’s not the worst either my screen broke trying to do that.

Couldnt get it to work

This fixed my screen, having the button was useful since i was unable to save the old touch id button from the mess the first screen was in. After 3 weeks my kids ipad screen was cracked again... im not sure why it broke it was stored in his backpack and he is not giving me any details. I have reordered this replacement due to the ease of installing/working with the first kit. If this second screen breaks i will look for another brand/cheaper price in the future... Maybe he is too rough with his iPad i dont know.
