> 3 dayI’m not sure how to rate this one. I didn’t despise the story, but I didn’t love it. It was very weird. The biggest thing I can’t wrap me head around is that Yoshi’s parents were assassinated by the man that raised him and who he calls Dad. And his reasoning is because he never knew them. Anyway, he is sent on assignment to assassinate a teacher and he has a gut felling that something is not right, but he doesn’t know what. So the first have of the book is the daily going on with Yoshi watching the mark, and his planning. The second half is after he finds out who is is and all the reveals. Even though I’m not sure about the story, I want to see more and will be reading the next book. I hope it’s Conners book. ARC provided by LesCourt Services in exchange for an honest review.

> 3 dayThank you for the ARC read, I voluntarily give this book an honest review. Being sent to assassinate the poor professor in a little town college had Yoshi wondering what was really going on. Who would put target on this guy? The older male he was watching fit all his kink factors. Will he be able to complete his mission or fail? he has been Lusting after the man was a bad idea but talking to the man was worse. Finding out the mark was? This book was new unique take on assassin guilds. With bdsm kinks of self restraints themes I cant wait for book two after the cliffhanger ending.

Greater than one weekA.G Carother has delivered a story that is creative, original, funny, and down right sexy. I was captivated from the very beginning. The character and story building in this book is fantastic. I love the side of mystery this story brings. I thought I knew what was going to happens only to be thrown another unexpected twist. Their world may seem crazy and wrong, but to them it is normal this added complexity to the story that took me by surprise. Looking forward to see what is to come for this series.

> 3 dayTreat yourself to this book and you will be hooked! You sink into the story and are swept away by the emotions. Youll laugh, cry and be left speechless... Never a dull moment. I devoured it like it was made of melted chocolate. I was enthralled with the story and disappointed when it came to the end because it leaves you wanting more, and yet, satisfied. I cant wait for more of these captivating assasins.

> 3 dayT.A.G. Youre Seen in the first book in the new The Assassins Guild series by A.G. Carothers. This is the first book Ive read by this author and am intrigued to read more from them and from this series. I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to rate this story. It was well edited and the chapter style with the Mission days in the beginning was neat. Its got a unique story line, lots of plot twists that I never saw coming, kinky sexy times, and some interesting characters, but I wanted more from the main characters and to the story overall. The secondary characters were fantastic and I cant wait to see where the author takes all of them in future books. Will be reading the second one to hopefully learn much more about side characters, Connor and Oz specifically, and how the current leaders (Mr. H and Mr. Th) got to where they are.

> 3 dayTAG has to be one of the best action-packed and hottest book that I have read in a LONG time! Yoshi is an assassin, and after an assignment that went wrong, he was punished by being given an easy assignment. The assignment: to kill an English Teacher and make it look like an accident! While observing this English Teacher, Jacob, he begins to think that there is something wrong with the assignment. Of course, nothing can come easy with this mark, and we get action, some sneaking, a LOT of kinky times. This book was a complete package - it had everything! It was thrilling and kept your attention with the twists and turns the characters take. It was funny - with Yoshis brother being my favorite source of humor! It was off-the-charts HOT - the more intimate scenes are so sexy, and kinky, and leave you breathless! Combine all that with the outstanding writing skills of AG Carothers and you have the perfect book to warm you up! This was an absolutely fantastic read and I cant wait for the next in the series.

Greater than one weekHeat level 100 but thats about it. The premise is awesome but the execution is confusing, convoluted, and kinda creepy. Will try not to include any spoilers but not garunteed. I dont care how a kid is raised, (taught to be all sneaky and kill people from a young age makes him sooooooooo emotionally mature Im suuuuurrrree) but finding a 16 year old sexually attractive when the other party is not a teenager is gross and creepy. Im 35 and the very idea of being with a person that young is nauseating. Setting the stage for a D/s relationship like that? Dmitry shouldnt have just left, he should have put a bullet in his own head. But hes a Dom and an assassin blah blah blah. No. Just no. Guy was a predator, and not the sexy kind. Thank everything he didnt do more than TALK at that age but still, very off putting. Yoshi is a hypocritical sociopath. I get that being raised to think that human life is something that can be bought and sold would screw with a person but his thought process through the whole first half of the book is baffling. Like he gets the contract and is weirdly drawn to this guy and super turned on by him so instead of just talking to him (yeah it wouldnt have solved anything but HE didnt know that) his first thought is Im going to kidnap and torture this dude to figure out why he revs my engine so hard. Like.... What? Im going to go against my training and everything I was raised for and maybe not kill this guy but first let me torture this guy for days, then screw him, THEN decide if I want to kill him. SMH. I get WHY the POV was split down the middle and I see what the author was going for but execution was shaky at best. It was kind of confusing and honestly I got kind of bored and wanted to skip ahead or maybe just not finish it. the sexy times pushed me through to the end, but that was it. This whole dang thing was only made possible because instead of doing his job yoshi got horny. Literally. He wondered why he was horny and that took priority over doing the job he was literally raised for. Sex scenes were smoking. Out of this world fire, seriously. The story was not good. I MIGHT look into more from this author but probably not.

> 3 dayThis is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. There is a lot going on and it got a bit confusing, but it all comes together in the end. Lots of kink going on, for sure. I will enjoy reading about the rest of the characters.
