We have a direct sales business and ship all over the world. Even searching high and low for a tow that likes to stick to boxes, and have basically given up. HOWEVER, this is the tape I will buy from now on. It’s by far the best for boxes and shipping, stays pretty well, and it’s actually pretty tacky. It’s easy to find the end if you lose it on the roll, and comes up easy. We ship over 100 packages easy each week, and this is WELL WORTH THE COST. I’ve tried super expensive brands, and cheap ones. I can’t begin to tell you how many different brands of tape I’ve tried, but they’ve got it right when they call themselves Tape King. We’ll definitely be buying this again!

For some years now Ive been buying my tape at Dollar Tree. Its a thinner tape but it has always served me well. Unfortunately they are now charging the same for less. Originally, the rolls were 48 yds, then for years it was 45 yds and recently they dropped to a chintzy 35 yds. No longer such a great value. This tape by Tape King is quite thick. Ive had it push some packages over into the next oz. which on some packages is no problem but on others the postal increase shows. The tape has a good stick but depending on the cardboard you may need to overlap (sticking tape to tape) it to prevent peeling.

I have 6 storage (10x20) rooms used this tape and moved 3 times with this times uses this tape...best tape ever! best value great service! Tips: dont put on dusty boxes, tape sticks best to tape not the box so one short piece at the end helps hold down on box, invest in good dispenser (scotch makes good one that comes with a roll, use roll then buy this tape). plus, over time tape will hold much longer than the cheap cardboard boxes. I appreciate a good value for a good product! thanks! I really dont write reviews but time after time this tape has served me well...and would like to see it around for awhile!

Im one of those people that spends too much time trying to find the best deal - or item - and so you can imagine how things went when I tried finding packing tape! I spent a long time trying to find a decent tape at a great price and I ended up finding this. Im in awe by how economical Tape King is. The only weird issue it has is that it is LOUD when you try tearing it off the roll. Also, the adhesion is so-so. Its perfect for my purposes and the way I tape boxes because theres a tiny bit of leverage I have to tear tape off if I need to--but its also not weak enough for me to worry about it coming off (especially because I tape up the sides too). The only time I had a problem was when I was trying to go over a torn spot on the box--for some reason it wasnt really sticking there so I had to put extra tape. Now Im only worried about it expiring before I can use them all...does tape expire? Who knows.

Its tape, and it works. I ordered this to package small 4x4x4 boxes for my Etsy store. I have used it a few times so far and it works great. Very sticky and goes on easily. I also got the Tape King TX100 dispenser with it and the two work together perfectly. The roll fits right on and glides through the little roller with no problem. And the price is great when you want to have a surplus of tape but dont have the need or budget to buy it in bulk from a wholesaler. There is a slight smell when you open the tape, but its really not that big of a deal and I dont even notice it anymore on the roll thats sitting on my dispenser. I just wanted something that will keep my shipping boxes sealed and protect product until it makes its way to the customer, and this fits the bill perfectly.

With a new job offer in a completely different part of the country, a big move is coming up for me. I went to several stores to buy packing supplies and was very surprised at how expensive packing tape has become. I saw this online and, after considering the reviews, I bought a six pack. In a nutshell, a good buy. The tape is thick enough to hold most items, even heavy ones, without wrapping them more than once. I do notice a smell coming from the tape, but it does not really bother me and does dissipate after a while. As far as holding power, I make sure my boxes are free of dust and dirt by quickly wiping them down before using them (especially since they have been in my attic for many years). I also rub down the tape with a hard smooth piece of plastic after putting it on the box. I have many boxes in my garage waiting for the big day and so far they all are holding well. One note, if the tape wraps up on itself, I do find it difficult to restart and edge evenly without some effort, but I figure that this is due to the good holding power fo the glue used. I am extra careful when laying down my tape gun so that this does not happen.

Moving is STRESSFUL!!! Right now, I am up to my a** in (packing) alligators related to an impending move. I looked online for tape alternatives because the tape for sale at UHaul (yes, I decided to pack it all myself - what was I thinking?) is ridiculously expensive. I found this tape and some of the reviews were great. Let me tell you, I dont get the less than stellar reviews. This tape is great! It is strong, does NOT bunch up and most important, never slips from the end of the tape roller. Yep, theres a time-killer and a frustration-builder: trying to find the end of a roll of packing tape, while creating little splits in the tape as one picks trying to get the tape end going again. This tape is far superior than the tape I was using and makes my Herculean job more bearable. Let me tell you, when moving ANYTHING which facilitates is worth its weight in gold! And, this tape was so less expensive than many others I found on here. This stuff is the way to go!

I had tonnes of boxes to prepare for shipping. Will peel off the boxes before I reach the next box. Funny thing is that it pretty much sticks to just about anything else especially my hand.

It is worth it money. We are using the tape really well for package box for moving. The price is affordable. I really need it and I came very quick as well.
