This shaving cream lived up to the reviews. The light citrus scent is very pleasant and masculine. Not overbearing at all. I recently switched over to DE razor shaving (Merkur 180 razor/Feather blades) and I now associate this scent with my morning shave, rather than Gillette Fusion from a can. Its also much easier on the skin than the canned shaving gels. Im amazed at how little cream I need to generate lather while face lathering. I probably use a nickel amount on both cheeks and with my Edwin Jagger best badger brush can produce enough lather for a two-pass shave. Theres always quite a bit left afterwards, so I could probably do a third or fourth pass if I had the time. I pair this with the Jermyn Street aftershave and couldnt be happier with the results. My face feels so much better now that Ive given up my Mach 3 cartridge shaving and canned shaving gel. I didnt realize how raw it used to feel. Great product.

It foams up really well. the problem I had is that the scent is VERY STRONG! The scent is too strong for my taste.

I bought this as a gift for my husband who uses the old school razor that you have to insert a single razor blade. His skin is very sensitive and his hair is very course so razor burn is a constant issue. With this brand he has had no issues, it lathers up great, and the smell is very mild. Its a great product!!
